The Symptoms of Inner Peace

Author Claire Krulikowski was taking a walk in Lithia Park in Ashland, Oregon. Working on her latest book "Creating Life Anew" Claire needed a few moments in nature. On the trail that stretched before her she saw a piece of paper. She bent down and picked it up. The heading said "Symptoms of Inner Peace, by Saskia Davis." This was a gift to Claire. She shared it with me and now I share it with you. You might want to make a copy and post these glorious symptoms where you can see them first thing in the morning.

The Symptoms of Inner Peace

The Symptoms of Inner Peace are:

* The tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than from fears based on past experiences.

* The unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.

* Loss of interest in judging other people.

* Loss of interest in judging Self.

* Loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.

* Loss of interest in the actions of others.

* Loss of interest in conflict.

* Loss of ability to worry (this is a very serious symptom.)

* Frequent overwhelming episodes of appreciation.

* Continued feelings of connectedness with others and nature.

* Frequent attacks of smiling.

* Increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.

* Increased susceptibility to the love extended by other as well as an uncontrollable urge to extend it.

Claire writes, "be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace. The hearts of a great many have already been exposed to inner peace and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious threat in what has been, up to now, a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world."
