The Symptoms of Inner Peace

Author Claire Krulikowski was taking a walk in Lithia Park in Ashland, Oregon. Working on her latest book "Creating Life Anew" Claire needed a few moments in nature. On the trail that stretched before her she saw a piece of paper. She bent down and picked it up. The heading said "Symptoms of Inner Peace, by Saskia Davis." This was a gift to Claire. She shared it with me and now I share it with you. You might want to make a copy and post these glorious symptoms where you can see them first thing in the morning.
The Symptoms of Inner Peace
The Symptoms of Inner Peace are:* The tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than from fears based on past experiences.* The unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.* Loss of interest in judging other people.* Loss of interest in judging Self.* Loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.* Loss of interest in the actions of others.* Loss of interest in conflict.* Loss of ability to worry (this is a very serious symptom.)* Frequent overwhelming episodes of appreciation.* Continued feelings of connectedness with others and nature.* Frequent attacks of smiling.* Increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.* Increased susceptibility to the love extended by other as well as an uncontrollable urge to extend it.Claire writes, "be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace. The hearts of a great many have already been exposed to inner peace and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious threat in what has been, up to now, a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world."
