HELP with allergies in one the worst -Austin, TX (top 3) in the U.S. & I'm preggo.

Ok, I don't know what will become of this, but I'm desperate and could use any help or advice. My allergies are killing me. My head is completely congested, my sinuses are almost completely clogged so I can't taste or smell and I worn out not only from these, but more so b/c I'm my first trimester. I also haven't been able to sleep thru and entire night for several nights b/c I can't breathe.I need relief. I drink LOTS of water and I do use the netipot which works great - I just have to use it about 2 or 3x's a night. My new OBGYN's nurse said I could take Benedryl or Claritin, so I'm ok with small does of Benedryl (like Children's Benedryl), but truly don't want my unborn baby to be a guniea pig for the still new drug Claritin. So I'm am taking a homopathic solution and a mold mix homopathic dilution both which are iffy, but I feel have to be far less iffy than standard medicine. Right? We are considering getting a air purifier for the Master bedroom and already have one for the main living areas, but it uses Ozone which apparently is VERY iffy interms of having too much ozone in a room with a preggo person. I can use any help, but esp. if a medical intuitive might respond or someone along these lines. Any help is greatly...greatly appreciated.
