Fully Alive

Wow, I am so grateful for so many things ,but if I had to pick one for today it would be "I am fully alive" Every day I make my coffee and go outside out back , and sit outside and look up I love it when the sky is blue its just breathtaking, and the grass blowing as the wind grazes it.. and I think to myself omg I am Alive fully alive all my sense awake to take in the beauty that surround us everyday.
Thats what I tell my friends when they call and are having a bad day go outside look around take a deep breath your alive and that is something to be happy about to experience the smells and sights is just awesome!
