Ashtar addressing the January 20, 2008 Sarasota Gathering:
"..Simply breathe. Open to receive. Let your heart be opening, opening, opening, and expanding. And what are you breathing in? It’s Love, only Love, pure; that life, that Light, that Love, and feel even more your connections with the All that you are; that Spirit; that Joy; be the Love expressed, send it out through your entire circle of being, your entire energy fields; send it.
"Now this includes your past, your present, your future, your parallel, and dimensional selves as you see them, because the humans have these compartments. And then see all of your being, your physicality, your emotional body, your mental body, your spiritual body, your beingness, all of it.
"And so focus: breathe in the Love, breathe it through your entire circle of being, which by the way is more spherical. And perhaps you see a little resistance, or feel it, a little dark spot, perhaps as you’re coming to it, and bringing this Love all into your heart, and then sending it out everywhere. If there is a place somewhere in your energy fields that is not as brightly lit, beam it powerfully, and yet gently, so as not to be disruptive, or harsh, so as to just let that Light light up that dark space. If you need it, call forth the Violet Ray to come and transmute it, if it seems to be a block with any heaviness to it at all.
"Call forth the Violet Ray, and let it transmute whatever it was to Light. But don’t let go of it just yet, because you’re amping up the Light. There’s infinite available to you, infinite. Bring it in. Let it reverberate through your entire being; this Light, this Love. Fill yourself with it, and keep on breathing, because you can have even more.
"However you picture yourself and your glorious energy field, fill it up, every space, every part, and particle of your being. Let this Love come to you, and as it does, let it empower you even more. Know, and feel who you are, God/Goddess divine upon Planet Earth, coming in mission, standing in line, and volunteering to be here as the world measures time, at this time, in your beautiful bodies, becoming more and more full of Light now.
"Lightening up, you’re getting your Light Bodies developed, and this is an exercise to facilitate, because your Light Body after all is full, and more full, and more full of what? The Light, the Love, of who you really are, the God/Goddess Lovelight. Bring it in now. Bring it in. And as you do, now, now that your being is lit up, allow it to go beyond you.
"Allow it to go to the one next to you in this room. And fill this entire room, and all of the beings with this sharing, caring Lovelight. Rise and fly with it, beloved ones, and fly, transmuting all that might seem to be at all dark, or discouraging to you, in this moment. Let the Light, let the Love permeate you, and accept it from all those here in this room now.
"Share it with all, and accept it from all, with Grace and Gratitude. And be shining, shining, shining, and be a part of this shining room now, and let it all shine forth, and as you do it, allow it to expand beyond this room, to the city beyond. And light this sacred city, this grand portal. Let the portal open even wider so that even more of the Lovelight of the Universe may come, may come to this city.
"Do it, beloveds, open it even wider, and let this Light come, and bathe the city even more. And let it go particularly to the places that might be seen, or felt, as more dark than light. And now watch it, see it in your wisdom eye, how this Light permeates and penetrates everywhere, even the dark spaces, and see them light up, because nothing can stay dark in the presence of such great Lovelight.
"Love this city, beloveds. And now as the city lights up where you in your physicalities are located, send it on beyond, send it to all of the cities of planet Earth, and send it to all of the spaces in between the cities, and light it up, and shine it out, and share it. And now see all of the kingdoms, all of the kingdoms, accepting this Lovelight, and shining even more.
"And see in particular the humans. As this Light approaches them, see how they look up, they sense that they know it. They turn around, some of them. And now see them open their arms, and breathe, and breathe in this glorious, beauteous Light, unlike anything that they have seen, or experienced before, and see them feel it, and see them glow, and see them know that they are indeed loved, that they are indeed divine, and divinely deserving of lighting up as much as you.
"And see them start to realize for the first time that they have their own path of Love, of Joy, and of Passion, and see them start to focus on it now, because they can see when the blinders are off, and the Light is everywhere. And see the Joy; just feel it. You’re all connected; feel the Joy coming into your divine being, and light up even more with that Joy, and know that you have been in service to all of Planet Earth, and know that this Light even penetrates to those areas below the surface of Planet Earth. It is your greeting, it is your connection, it is your communion with all of those in what you call the inner Earth.
"And the cities there are lit even more brilliantly. And now see that the Light extends outward. It’s a huge, huge aura. And see that it sends beams now, not only to your solar system and your galaxy, but to all, all the galaxies beyond, and to the entire Universe and to all of the spaces, and all of the stars and planets, and suns and moons of the Universe. And send it out Beloveds, knowing that even as you send you receive. You are never empty. You are always full, and calling in more, and this Beloveds, is your empowerment, and it is what you are here to do.
"So do it with Joy, and do it with Gratitude that you are such a divine Light Being yourself. And feel the Joy of it, and most of all the Love. And it is this way of lighting up the world, that is yours forever as long as you choose to use it, and for as often. This, Beloved Beings, is being the lightworker. It is being the awakener. It is being the healer, and the help-mate to the planet.
"And thisBeloveds, is your own personal Ascension path. Keep yourselves on it, if that be your Passion, and know that the Light is always with you, and a part of you, and that there are infinite quantities for you; just simply open up and breathe it in. And know how loved you are, how blessed the Planet is to have you here in service, and bless yourselves, Beloved Ones, Gods and Goddesses, loved beyond words, and thanked with such appreciation for being here in service, facilitating the Ascension of Planet Earth, and her kingdoms.
And so it is, just breathe."
