Is it possible for someone to be a lightworker and not believe in a higher power of some sort?
As I was reading through profiles, I haven't encountered any agnostics or atheists. There seem to be many different varieties of Christians, some Buddhists, and a few Pagans and Muslims.
Personally, I don't think that titles or beliefs really make a difference when it comes to the enlightenment process... but it seems that most lightworkers are seeking their knowledge and wisdom through some type of higher power be it angels, spirit guides, ascended masters, Allah, Buddha, Jesus, God or Goddess.
I believe that some sort of higher power is responsible for all of this.. but I haven't got a clue as to what it is. I don't believe in the concepts of God, Heaven, Hell or Satan. I do believe that we are being guided by something and that there is purpose to each of our lives.
When people ask me what I believe in, I suppose I give a typical Unitarian Universalist answer.. Nothing but everything.
I guess my question is.. how much does a lightworkers choice of religion or belief influence their pathway to enlightment?
