Memory Loss

Hi.. I was wondering if anyone is experiencing long and short term memory loss? It has gotten so bad that I am putting up post its to remind me to look at the next post it. My children talk to me about their childhoods and I honestly can't remember.. I can't even remember what I had for lunch yesterday. I am only 52 so I don't think that it is age... and some of my younger friends are experiencing the same thing.
