Almonds. Soy. What to do about protein
So I'm trying really hard to do this Vegan thing.
It's more of a health thing than a radical I want to
save the planet thing, or an i don't want to eat animals thing.
I'm running up against all sort of obstacles.
Like it turns out soy might be BAD for us.
There is bunch of stuff in my blogs about it
and Trinity has shared some great stuff in my
Guest book about it too.
I had an allergy blood test that said awhile back
that I might be allergic to peanuts and soy.
But ALMONDS, when I eat raw almonds I start to get
a prickle reaction in my mouth.
I'm having such a really hard time with this, what am I supposed to eat?
to get protein?
Legumes are making me bloat. (lentils)
Has anyone tried muscle testing for foods?
ack, just writing this is making me hungry.
