Gypsy Card Reading

I have heard that Gypsies tell fortunes using regular playing card decks. Mostly for financial reasons, I would like to learn more about it. I haven't found much online, I take it because people are trying to sell fancy Tarot card decks.
I will buy a Tarot Card Deck if I can find one at an affordable price.
