Suggestion - Sandbox or Test User Area

I see so many computer challenged people trying to figure out how to do stuff and wonder if it would be possible to have a sandbox, for testing out how to add video, music, pictures, etc. Either as a forum, or as a user guestbook, or both. Much love to all here.
