How can one start their own Spiritual Retreat?

So for the longest time, I've been wanting to have my own spiritual retreat. Nothing big maybe 6 rooms.
This would include massage therapy , Tarrot cards, counseling, etc. I just don't know much about this, but I know for sure my heart is in the right place and knows that this is what I want.

If anyone here care to offer any help or advise I'll appreciate it.
