The Exersize Has 3 Steps:
#1 Relax The Solar Plexus. Breathe in & out of the Solar Plexus TO Encourage It To Relax.
#2 Imagine That There Is A Flower In The Solar Plexus And That Its Petals Are Opening. The Flowewr Is Pointing Upwards The Top of Your Head.
#3 Let Go if The Image of The Flower. Imagine That A Tree Is Rooted In The Solar Plexas And Grows Upward Until The Top of The Tree Is At The Center of The Heart Chakra.
Takes Less Than 10 minutes, and It Is Heartedly Recommended That It Be Practiced On A Frequent Basis.
