When I Say "Bless Your Heart"

When I say "Bless your heart," it does not mean that I am just sending you a blessing. It truly means that my soul wishes only love and compassion to uplift the person's heart I am blessing.

The deep feeling of infinite emotional desire to see another human being well is not an accidental feeling. It is true compassion, in the way the blessing is given from the core of the heart, which one cannot measure the height or depth; it is an infinite wish that your soul wishes only goodness and well-being for another soul.

It is very similar to saying "Namaste" which means "The God in me honors the God in you" (short version) and it is also like saying "We are One."

But the blessing is different in that we are wishing love to awaken in the hearts of those we bless, to know true love, joy, harmony, peace, and equanimity, all God's Grace, to open within and envelope us with that Divine Light. We do recognize we are One, when we are aware that there is no difference between my heart and yours; the only difference that is perceived is with the mind, and all perceptions are wrong to begin with, for there is truly only love.

But since not everyone is there yet in this knowing, we continue blessing hearts, knowing in faith that all will be as One, and that day is not far off. So remember to bless hearts everywhere you go, for you never know who needs your blessing, and you know that everyone needs love.
