Slow response, blank pages and other error messages

Here are some technical errors in the system and what they mean. If you find the system behaves strange sometimes this is probably the reason.

* Pages showing old content: This site caches pages to make it go faster and handle more users, this however has a few drawbacks. A page that is added or edited may not show directly for all users after a while. The frontpage is only updating once every 1-3 minutes to make it go faster, but this can also mean that your blog or comment is not visible directly on the frontpage. Also other pages are affected and can take time to update. Pages for non logged in users can sometimes take long time to update with new comments and changes because server recourses are in first hand priority to members. So what to do? The only thing you can do if you see these things is to wait and these slow responses usually reslove by themselves.

* Blank pages or message that you (lightworker) should come back later, or slow response means that the server overloaded.

* If you get an Error Message that says Warning: Page Has Expired: The Page You Requested... read here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/183763 Try another browser, error can also be caused because of overload or technical error.

* Duplicate posts and comments: this is a built in error in the system. Try delete your duplicate post if you can. Duplicate comments cant be deleted by a member but can usually be edited. Moderators normally deletes duplicates when they see them.
