The movement of a planet from a Phase Two existence to a Phase
Three existence is a set, established grid program. 'Revelation'
represents the doctrinal key that announces the activation of the
transition program, and identifies many of the sequences that ensue in
physical reality. The following portions of prophecy will identify a
trinity of harmonic conversions that are intended to fully enact the
transition program.

“The ascension of Earth allows for the clearing of the entire grid
dynamic and the entry of an entirely different spectrum of
consciousness aspects. The difference between Phase Two (the current
grid programs) and the new Phase Three programs is that illusional
concepts will not be established in the will of incarnate humans,
because their inherent will is going to be poised in a virtual reality
existence. You would not extend the illusion of fear or guilt into your
being because it would manifest as thought, and on the new Earth,
thoughts of fear or guilt would be immediately placed into a
functioning holographic reality. The new Phase Three programs are all
'realized' programs. Those choosing to incarnate will be living in a
'realized' society, and all thoughts will create an immediate response.
“The need to activate this transition program was created because a
critical mass was reached within the collective consciousness. Illusional
concepts had emerged beyond belief systems and had actually inbred
consciousness programs promoting fear and guilt as a manner of
control. This is similar to the phenomenon of cancer as it appears in a
body and defiles the integrity of the cellular programming."
