Happy B-day Woodstock
In lou of wookstock how about for the next few days(if you can make it daily great) preforming random acts of kindness...
Like letting some one cut you off without the need to react... I am writing a book called Karmic Driving and here are some examples :
Let the person who is tailgating you pass, what if he/she is going to a hospital, As well as, don't tailgate, the driver may be in training (which could be anyone's child)
Let the person waiting to turn at an intersection go, seriously it only take like a minute...
These thing actually help you release stress in many ways, which reduce stress:
Letting go the need to be right
Letting go the opinions of others
Always look to the bright side of things
Here is something I always say in my head (if it helps):
Call it the mother Theresa effect instead of making a banner that says end war make a banner that says Start Peace
