After six months of fruit diet, I was advised to fast for two weeks. My guide inform me that physical exercise, caring of diet, breathing exercise and drinking a lot of water can only keep me healthy. In order to be vibrant, I have to fast. Fasting in this area is not popular at all. So, I have to search for books on fasting before I could start to do it.
I had no confidence at doing fasting at all. So, my first fasting only schedule for one week and I have chosen juice fasting. My guide advised me to forget about nutrient during fasting. So I only consumed juice bought from the supermarket. Well! It worked as what the books describe. After fasting, I felt much, much better. I also realized that the systems in my body became more efficient.
With that experience, I started water fasting in two months time, for two weeks. I felt very good, and realized that all my internal organs become more efficient. Since then, I have made it a habit to fast twice a year, lasting ten days to two weeks each time
