The time has come to stand proud.

Proud of all your doings.

What ever you have done, it took you to this point.

This point is everything that IS.

You may fill your days with a lot that's not true.

But you can't take away the truth.

The fact that you are breathing is true.

Focus on your breathing and you will find your self more connected.

Connected in the truth, which is LOVE.

LOVE gives you all that you thought you needed.

I AM LOVE ~ YOU ARE LOVE

I AM LIFE ~ YOU ARE LIFE
