mattie's insight is useful in my pevious blog one of my biggest flaws is i get attach emotional to observation but they are right neverless. a note about ego deflection i was try to conver being humble to accept change and or learn something new. change is hard for me ego, in this life to accept i am better at it now so its progress for me. during the session tonight i sent healing energy to mom and a friend carmela flu so. still rearanging exrcises to improve my overall ascension but its the process and traveling on the road and not the destination.
