Welcome to the Lightworkers.org Voice Server. Our Voice server provides unlimited voice communications, multiple channels, spiritual discussion circles, readings and teaching groups. The Lightworker voice server is about connecting people in a more intimate way.

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

To use the Voice server you will require the following..

1. Speakers
2. Microphone and/OR Keyboard can be used to communicate. (*You do not NEED a Microphone)
3. Ventrilo Software Client. Download for MAC or WINDOWS at http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php

Installation

1. Once Ventrilo has downloaded, run and install the file.
2. Open Ventrilo and enter your name and server details
2.1 Username : (Click on the -> arrow) Click NEW and Enter your username
2.2 Server : (Click on the -> arrow)
2.3 Click NEW button
2.4 Name: Lightworkers
2.5 HostName IP:64.86.135.235
2.6 Port Number: 5122
2.7 Click OK
3. Click SETUP button and VOICE Tab
4. Select the Following Check Boxes
4.1 Enable outgoing Voice Communications
4.2 Use Push-to-Talk Hotkey
4.3 Use direct input to detect Hotkey
5. In the HOTKEY field press the LEFT ALT key (Note : When you wish to talk, you press this key to activate your Microphone, like a CB Radio)
6. In the EVENTS Tab, you may wish to turn of these notifications. This is optional. Such events are automated voice messages like " Joe Smith has just entered the channel"
7. Close the Setup screen
8. Ensure your username and the Lightworker server is selected in the User and Server fields.
9.Click the CONNECT BUTTON
