After a few years exploring Goddess energies I had a series of shamanic visions and was led to love (live!) in Findhorn, where I experienced a rapid opening and started channelling a lot. This has stopped and started as I have struggled with integrating some of my experiences. Currently I see my Spiritual focus expressed through an attitude of life as a journey of exploration and discovery; in silence, words, sound work, movement, healing. I meditate daily, and practice some yoga and chi gung – often outside beside the tidal river I live beside. | | Spiritual Path |
