Dont worry, with an open mind you will soon find your feet again. i recommend that you do lots of reading, and feeling, take in what feels right to you. it does get confusing, especially when you are learning so much in such a short space of time. but just take the time to relax and to think, to just be, and take in what feels right to you.

its truly awesome that your attention has returned back to your spiritual journey, and your timing could not be more perfect.
