1. How to gather energy to raise your frequency to make your connection easier to the matrix and the Collective One.

2. How to integrate yourself to the matrix and create a stronger bond to the Collective One.

These two techniques will help you in the attunement process and in other healing systems to create a stronger flow and cleaner channel.
