Hi everyone,
Even though I don't need to babysit children to live (as I have a job), I often do because I enjoy being around children, they have a very pure energy and I love talking with them.
Anyway, last wednesday I babysitted a little boy and his sister (for the 15th times I think! I know them for a long time). He's 8 and she's 4 and while I was reading them a book called Super-Dad, the little boy was often interrupting me to talk about things he did at a theme park or at school and then he told me that he saw a ghost one day. He wasn't bragging about it or trying to make me interested in his story or get my attention, he's not like that. He was just... talking. So I started asking him questions about this ghost. He told me it was a little boy and that his daddy (a ghost too) was probably teaching him to scare people. I told him that I didn't think that was the case.
I asked him if the child ghost scared him and he said no but that he was a bit scary because he was ugly. He told me that when he saw him it was during the evening while he was playing alone in his room and the ghost just went through the window and probably went to other people's appartments to scare the ones who were asleep. I had never heard a child telling me something like this. I told him that I thought the ghost was just walking around, that maybe he was lost but that I was sure he would find his way home. I assured him he wasn't learning to scare people!
I'm pretty sure he didn't make that up. I know many children from this new generation are way more receptive to things coming from other dimensions. I was actually happy he told me this.
That's it, just wanted to share it with you guys.
Makes me think that I wonder how children will ascend..

I had most physical sympthoms but this one is really disabling and painful, especially in my hands. I tried massage, painkillers, nothing worked. This morning a lady gave me Aloe Vera gel and it calmed the pain, it was a miracle,so if you have this pain try Aloe gel, it might work for you.

Anyone else felt somewhat distant from physical reality lately? Its gotten to the point where I'm used to it, but its like I'm here but I'm not here. I've been feeling extra lazy lately as well, not that I should give in to these feelings. Its hard to explain though 3d reality seems more basic/simple lately like I KNOW, for sure now(there were moments of off and on doubt I was battling with up untill this point) there is more to this and I'm just not buying the 'average' way of life anymore. I was beginning to feel this way when I first started 'remembering' but now its blatantly obvious to me that things are changing. There was also a point where I felt extremely light after meditations and I think its the new 'normal' for me now I don't really notice it as much anymore but I do feel extremely healthy lately, I've always been pretty healthy but its on another level now (energy wise, mostly). Also, when I go to bed now I feel like I'm going to work (good feeling) like im not just sleeping but I'm definitely getting stuff done so to speak. Some nights I feel it more than others. For example I will wake up recalling a dream and just knowing I got alot done during my resting period, (understanding that the dream is only my random-ish 'physical' interpretation of what went on) I can't tell you most of the time what I did get done its just a feeling/knowing..one time I had a dream I was teaching other beings going from reality to reality (not physical) and the communication was EXTREMELY fast paced so fast paced I doubted it was me doing the teaching because I feel that I was communication in a very enlightened understanding manner (the memories a still very vague though).
Just checking in with others on how you all are adjusting and feeling during this time of change.

about a week ago i have been seeing gaia.. seeing different.
the same camping trip i take every year i look and see how beutiful she is. but this year it looked different, like i have seen in my dreams and what i thought she should look like.. i kept getting waves.. overwhelming, dizzy feeling. but not bad feeling. like i connected and was dizzy.??
its so much more green.. so much more in detail.. all day everyday i look at the trees, i see the ocean the river, i see... so much more. in more detail! so so so much more detail.. almost like im looking at a video game.. idk if that makes sense..
does that make sense?
any relpies would be greatly appreciated..

Heard Beings who called themselves “Cebadors” while meditating
So I was trying to go to sleep and was doing some higher vibration meditation.I was trying to reach the highest level of vibration that could be reached
And I started hearing these voices say “Stop, Stop, Stop”
But I kept going anyways, Trying to reach the highest level of vibration possible;
and the voices started saying “Stop; You’re a human, You’re a human, Stop”
I was like WTF?!?! and I stopped;
Then I hear the voices again saying “he’s a human, he’s a human” and it sounded like 3 or more people talking
I was like “If I’m a human, then what are you?”
and A male voice who sounded like Gollum from Lord of The Rings said “Cebador”
I was like “What?”
he said “Cebador”;
I was like “Saboteur?”
He said “Yeah”,
Then everyone got quiet;
Then a couple minutes later I hear them saying “He’s a human, He’s a human” a couple more times
Then it got quite again
So I googled “Cebador” and it means “Choke” in spanish
And the definition of Cebador/Choke means to: Prevent or suppress (the occurrence of something) and Cebador/Choke also means: Fill (a passage or space), esp. so as to make movement difficult or impossible
I don’t even speak spanish; So it couldn’t have been my imagination

7 step ascension
(simple technique for multidimensional access, travel, etc; to places not confined by space, time, and the various constrictions of being - boundless with light, purity, beauty, freedom from identity etc)
(really just 3 active steps)
0) Day-to-Day Supplement (not during exercise): -Keep the Ambition and Will to ascend. -Always defend & keep pure one's field, self, and karmic state. stay free from magnetizing entanglements. -Stay at least relatively physically healthy, physically exercise a little, consume good enough foods, use soap and water regularly on the hands and face and ears esp to (keeps oils off and conducts 'change' w the water).
1) Prep: -Wash as needed w soap and water, esp face and ears. Feel all oil removed. Drink a full glass of water. -Prepare music (a few songs preferably by a 'conscious' music group) with: fairly fast rhythm (matches and helps breathwork, fast is key, it is like a fuel), an energy/feeling to the music that is desired, preferably 'pure' and 'divine', piano is very good for this (helps to purify and direct), and appropriate lyrics/message in the music (helps transmuting or raising of the mental and emotional selves, etc). -Gather 2 glasses of water with little or no ice. -Secure a private ventilated area (nature can be good, a room is good, a white candle can be good, and various drugs can sometimes help but usually distract. having not recently eaten a large meal is also good). Wear comfortable clothes, or no clothes and a thin blanket, etc.
2) Stretch: As needed. particularly hip area (stretch arms between legs, etc); middle & upper back movements; neck rolling. add others if needed.
3) Clear Auric Field: Thank you Carla, this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K83vM5m1zjQ link is very helpful in regards to clearing and protection from interference. Even if it's interference from someone in another room of the house, or non-local karmic energetic ties, etc. Techniques from the above link altered intuitively are very helpful. I personally alter it and work in a 'gun' shaped hand mudra and similar energy, as well as fists, and various gentle mudras, etc. Sweeping the head back and forth somewhat slow and using energy from your 3 eyes pushes and clears away unwanted and not helpful energy as well. Various Kriyas found online also help. For this step using feeling and emotion and energy pushed through the arms & hands & eyes, etc, is integral. It's okay to get aggressive or fiery at moments in order to dispell what is interfering or clogging up the works so to speak.
4) Begin: Start music on earbud headphones, preferably 1 track looped for quite a while at a time if not the whole time. Open mouth, feel the rapture of the music carry you away, and take fairly fast deep almost gasping breaths, as a somewhat contained rapture of sorts. Maintain. Feel breath go deep to sacral (lower belly) center and stir energy, and then the breath goes back up. At first the energy will just stir at the sacral, but the breath will enliven everywhere in the body. Maintain. Get further carried away by the music. Match rhythm of the music with the breath, and get mentally carried away by the 'highest meaning' or beauty of the lyrics/message. English is helpful at first, eventually all sound can have an equally palpable language though. If it's felt to do so, allow the body to move and dance with hand movements especially. Intuitive hand movements (like body language) can move and direct energy as needed for further progression. And it can be quite beautiful. Breath can be like living poetry as it moves in and out. Possessing it's vessel, bestowing grace and elegance. to say the least.
5) Raising: Continue Step 4, and energy will awaken and rise further from the sacral area. Keep one's self pointed towards 'ultimate reality' mentally, perceptually, etc. Start to notice reality 'thinning'. The breath goes deep in and cycles around within the lower belly (like shooting air/energy through circuits within sacral center) forward a little it moves in all these intricate little pathways, back, and then up. This should happen Automatically if fairly fast deep almost gasping breaths are repeatedly pulled into the lower belly. It should be easy once you notice it. As you keep cycling, the dormant energy awakens and rises, it 'illuminates' ones self. Allow and cause transmutation of the mental self, emotional, etc to their 'purest' 'highest' focus/expression/orientation. That means your thought and feelings become different and 'truer' and simpler and 'pure'. Aware of ultimate truth which can always be sensed. Consciously open the 'eye' in the center of the brain and keep it awakened, or stay aware of it, keep it alive and there, it can extend and grow and move around as kundalini rises. As the energy rises higher through the chest, etc, different blockages in the main pathways or 'prana tubes' become noticeable and need to be dissolved by continued breath and raising of energy from sacral center. Some issues may come up that can be dissolved and reconciled by focusing the light of 'truth' on them. This awakening energy is like a light that dissolves and burns away clogs and blockages. Placing physical pressure at certain points of blockage that feel bad, and holding pressure where it really hurts, will help also after holding about 20 seconds with the fingers. Crystalline constructs develop in the aura in various places as well, esp back of the neck (like the matrix movie), sometimes coughing, hacking, spitting, crying, laughter, etc occurs as a form of catharsis/release. Drink water as needed. Maintain.
6) Pillar (merkabah etc activations): Maintain. Notice, as energy rises and body starts to need to move less and begins pulsating, ones spirit becomes dominant, or becomes the majority of self. This is also known as merging with the light body or what the christians call the glorified body. What took effort to stir up in previous steps, now activates through the whole body, and with ease further progression occurs and continues. It becomes otherworldly, fluid, aetherical etc. Normal reality 'thins', becomes different or strange and feels somehow more 'ultimate'. Complete transmutation/transfiguration of the mental occurs as 'seperation thoughts' resolve and internal/external implodes - identity is transcended. "God" or "Unity" Consciousness unfolds - of being the only being which is a seperated/unified being/non-being, the only one, and not the only one, but ultimately the only. Synchronisity accelerates to become a personal relationship (like a dear friend) with all external, very personal, and then combines further resulting in the emerging and gathering 'ultimate self'. Reality thins and 'breaks down' and dissolves like an indescribable interwoven circuitry of light and the magic of beyond, 'unweaves' sort of, and the nature of time, space, identity, being, etc all unfolds in a way that somehow feels like 'the real reality' that was merely illuminating this illusory one. this is tapping into the 'next dimension up'. A pillar above and below opens. The one below pulling and pushing the one above pulling and pushing, and everything starts to shake and break down. The cosmos become accessed. one can travel beyond if they maintain the openings the pillar goes through.
7) Beyond. an ineffable infinite expansion of the beauty, freedom, and light experienced in previous steps.
until fully successful, the experiences with this bleed over to the rest of day-to-day life, and create a 'buzz' of sorts for some time afterwords. There are times where the world is timeless and beautiful, like descriptions of what has been called eden for hours at a time afterwords. but it is very hard to communicate freely with people at that point, because they are in a very different place. Regardless, this information is circulating and those who seek it will eventually find a version of it that helps their personal awakening if they are seeking that

Here is my discovery for today wich I think is in big importance so here I'm posting what I found before forgeting about it.
This are 6 sound frequencyes wich seems to be very important but the church hidden them from us.
So here is the info wich I found about them and under it I want to write little more :

And when this 2 men applied their discovery in living beings they got healing.This was Kryons words so could this be the controlable quntom energy? What you think?

Hello all just wanted to say that I'm glad I found this group, I was beginning to think was alone in my views. The last few months since I've woken up have been quite difficult. When you first awaken you are in a state of astonishment and wonder, much like that of a child which is amazing, then you begin to take a look at the world around you and the grand deception can be quite startling. It's a shock when you realize you've been living a lie your whole life and the blinds have been pulled in front of humanity's eyes for thousands of years. So the first thing I did out of concern for my family and friends safety was attempt to make them see the light...but it's been a difficult road. I've been made fun of, viciously opposed and lost some friends. Yet part of me feels the truth in what I believe, I can see clearly through the veil and I don't care what people think..I push forward and I know now why I am here incarnated on the Earth plane, and what I must do. Some days come with doubt as my ego tries to re-establish itself in my mind, it attempts to pull me back into the madness, sometimes i think maybe i am crazy and am focusing too much on this stuff, but the things I've experienced cannot be denied. I used to be a hard-core right brained, science minded atheist but as I started learning about consciousness it all made sense to me. I began to notice signs in the world around me, and people I had resentment for began to appear in my life, as if to present to me what I had to deal with. My girlfriend began to develop almost telepathic skills where she could feel my thoughts. As I began to meditate, I developed a deep connection with the planet and on one occurance It felt as though I was listening to some higher beings thoughts at which point I was told to open my heart to the earth's heart and the deep dark pain that immediately filled my heart made me cry uncontrollably, this planet is not only a sentient being but she is in great pain. I feel like people think i'm crazy and it can get very lonely. I find it very difficult to communicate with unawakened people as I feel I have to lower myself to their level and talk about unimportant drama and they get very defensive if you even try and mention spirituality and the greater plan to them. It literally feels like I've woken up in the twilight zone and everyone around me is NUTS. I know more and more of us are awakening everyday, but it still feels like we are vastly outnumbered and that makes me worry for the outcome of this planet, I know this is supposed to be a beautiful thing to happen to us all but when the collective consciousness is still ego based then it concerns me about what kind of future will be co-created. Anyways like I said..it's good to see that i'm not alone after all.

Wouldn't you actually get an entirely new, different perspective that even makes you unfitting anymore in the 'practical' 3D real-world?
Wouldn't you actually got easily tired and weary to keep dragging your body to your 9-to-5 normal job?
Wouldn't you actually feel that you can't relate anymore to your family members, friends, and all the 'normal' people in the 'practical' 3D real-world, and all their earthly talks?
Wouldn't you actually can only think of when this is all over and so you (& the world at large) can start to ascend?
So how do you still able to work or hold a 'normal' earthly job and life, after knowing all this Ascension stuff?
Or, is there another job suited for people like us?
Or, should we remain jobless? then how can we eat? which unfortunately, still tied very much to the worldly Money System?

So again here is what I know and I will please you to give me your appinion.I will start with little history.And there is the story:
In the begining of modern man history there was a meeting between 2 so different races - Somalians ( I belive this is the original Earth humen with 12 stains of DNA ) and this aliens who came from the skyes Anunnaki. Who are they? Reptilian race wich has their own plans for our blue planet.
When they 1st arrived 13000 years ago they created colony between the rivers Tiger and Efraat (mesopotamya) colled Edden(modern Iraq).Then they took part of DNA of the humanoids living there-the Somalians and mixed it with the nondevoloped monkey-humanoids who lived this times in Afrika.Anunnaki were genious masters of DNA manipulation and also could exist in the lower 4th dimension without beeing spirutual at all just by their advanced tehnology. So for the newborn humanoid they appiered to look like gods and took the control over them for so many years.
Then dark age began for the new humen.Age of wars,sufferings , sorrow ,pain and hatred between mankind.But after tousends of years something totally unexpected happened.
The leader of the Union of Anunnakies itself ordered to leave the Earth controlling system and to stop all support to the Earth's dark goverments and come part of the Galactic Federation of Light.Wow.
Why? Becouse their leader belived in her prophet planets wich were saying that in the new age only light is allowed and if her union dont become part of the light - the end of the Anunnaki will come soon.Ofcourse there was dissagreements and wars between reptilians but at the end the orders was forfiled.So Anunnaki now have their chanse to learn about spirituality and the humans have their chanse to breake the codes that suppress them ,to evolve and remember who we truly are.

I realy don't want Anunnaki back here?If they want to be part of the light okay they are too part of the Creator and should have their chance to see the light, but their role here is done.

For a mounth or 2 after every deep meditation I had there is this problem with my eyes.Actualy with the focus of my eyes in close distances. When I try to see something wich is close to me there is mist and colors but cant focus it. I'm getting worry I will become a captain in some years and I go often to eyes test and they are more than okay.It is like I'm too lazy to focus the object and then I bbring all of mine intention and again fail and this is the moment when I get this worry feeling .In some time it dissapires and my eyes are normal again.Please if you know something about it help me. Thanks a lot . I send you my love and light . 1 part for mother Earth , 1 part for you , 1 part for me. 1 pass,1 reflect,1 init - it's a low in physics actually about the objects and the light that is comming to them. I was just wondering if you'll see your light body while in 3D or if it will just be ethric. I can see my aura much more now than before, but I'm not sure if what I'm seeing is really my light body or my aura. Come to think of it, are they one in the same? I mean, your aura reflects, in light and color and vibration, your feelings and thoughts, so wouldn't that be the same thing as a light body?

Question: Does anybody else get that pulsing feeling in their brain, like there is something moving around up there? I know that it's my brain re-wiring myself, but I'm just wondering if anybody else can feel that too. My guides are always with me, so sometimes it even feels like their hanging out up there, moving around. lol. It's been happening for over a year now too.

I'm quite eager to share my universal knowledge with the loving entities that use this website to help them grow spiritually. I hope all those who read this will take something positive from it that they can apply to their own reality.
I have become increasingly aware lately of the huge surge in energy hitting our planet in the last 2-3 months and have noticed that many of the channelings you see, are very similar to the ones we saw this time last year. I am no ascended master or guru, but it concerns me that our faithful channelers have not been getting messages concerning the very obvious surge. I dont know if channels are purposely diming their messages so as not to sound too 'out there'? But these generic and 'cookie-cutter' messages are not living up to the current reality of earth.
Meditation on a daily basis is highly recommended for every human being, teach your kids, parents and everyone you know how to do it, thats how important it is. I've mentioned on other posts the benefits of meditation such as increased immune function and prolonged life. If you want to get close to your higherselves (the none physical part of you that is ever present, ever intelligent ad ever loving) you must meditate. It is helpful to do right now especially if you want to understand the vibrational changes occuring around you and how they are effecting your life (because they are there and they are effecting you). No channeller is going to give you an individual run down of whats going on and how you can expect to be effected. You must discover those mysteries for yourself, or else you wouldn't evolve.
Lucky for us, the universe is on our side and wants us to progress. The wave of energy hitting us now is far less potent than it's climax. This works out in our favor as we can ease into the new frequencies WITHOUT any intense negative feelings. If you are still experiencing negative feelings, it is a direct result of negative thought forms. It is highly recommended that you do the inner work to remove negative thought forms and limiting beliefs. If you simply say, 'oh theres a huge energy surge this month according to so and so channeller and thats why I've been a gump lately' then you are simply not taking responsibility for your life. YOU have control over your reaction to events, your thoughts and in turn that means you are responsible for your FEELINGS. Therefore, no reason, thing or person outside of yourself is making you have 'non-good' feelings. You are the beginning and end point when it comes to your own emotions. No one in reality makes you mad, you make yourself mad or sad or whatever the emotion is.
With the wave of energy I've been speaking about. Right now if a great time to work on any personal goals. It is time to withdraw from society and seek loving moments with family, friends and yourself. Do whatever you can to stay positive and be a beacon of light for others. If someone asks for your help, help them. Help show others the 'light' because when you do, you are helping every one of us find that light. Listen to your inner knowledge and guidance, follow it and you won't be dissapointed. Seek out high energy places. Some of the qualities of this wave of energy is that it boosts your confidences, makes you focus more on what matters instead of all the daily distractions, gives you MORE energy to get done what needs doing and helps you understand others better. If you have others reading your mind or you are relating to people better lately, sure enough it is the rise in vibrational frequencies. Anchor the highest vibration possible now and continuously as it gets stronger. You really don't want to miss out on this! ;-)

I think im picking up tv and radio frequencies in my head cuz sometimes before i fall asleep and right before i wake up ill be seeing like yellow and white all around so i guess thats my own energy then i would see like some for 20 seconds looney tunes playing like im watching tv without the tv. One time i saw super mario bro game like i was playing it. Does anybody have experience something similar? I also hearing voices coming from my heart

I was meditationg a few days ago and right in front of my forehead saw an eye open and it looked at me for a few seconds. Have anybody experience the same thing?. I wonder what it was. Also i have been seeing like transparent balls when i look an somthing close they are small but when i look at the sky they are bigger and they sometimes appear in groups and some times by themselves. Also in the few last months ive been experiencing on some part of my body and some time my whole body. Is anybody experiencing anything similar?

Judgement day is a metaphor (That I think the Illuminati used in their editing) that means that the physical/light conditions will cause something to happen based on your vibration.
The "God's elect people" in parenthesis is another metaphor relating to the people with enough love and light in their heart for them to ascend. (Taken up into heaven is being reunited with our brethren in inner Earth who live in a state of heaven.)
The great tribulation bit is in reference to the surface dwellers' suffering from being separated from nature and all life.

The world being destroyed by fire was another grossly twisted metaphor created by the Illuminati and that is in reference to all the light that's on Earth burning away the dark ones so they can evolve on another 3D world and the rest of us will ascend to 5D with our Mother Earth.

I'd recommend that people read the book "Messages from the Hollow Earth." Also, be excited about this date. It's almost like we're ascending twice. Once when we meet them physically, and once again when we ascend all as one. They even have this wicked cool library called the Library of Porlothogos where you can travel to anywhere in the Milky Way galaxy through portals, and that's just the beginning of it. When we meet up with them we will be free of all ailments and even be able to shape shift our bodies to our liking. Everything in Hollow Earth is way bigger than here and everything sings and glows and we all will live in crystal caves in complete peace and harmony. They themselves are 10-12 feet tall. Wicked cool, yes?
Tell me what you think. =) Oh, and if you want to be one of their contactees for your area, just focus on them and know they are there and them (In prayer or meditation form) as them to allow you to be one of their contactees. They will give you all you need to know when you sleep. This way what you need to know will be encoded into you and activated when it's time. Also, they need places to stay when they emerge, so if you want to have them live with you, just tell them as well. When you offer to be a contactee, they will designate a point of emergence into the surface world to be in your neighborhood.

So here's a thought. I've been reading quite a bit about ascension later and have deduced that there are essentially 2 kinds of ascension.
The first is the ascension of the self, where you "awaken" and move into this new understanding and all of that.
The second is the understanding that in 2012 (or possibly early 2013), the human species will go through a dimensional shift called "ascension", and move into a higher state of being. It'll be like astral projecting, except ALL THE TIME! :D
So which one are we talking about here on this "ascension talk" forum, because I would love to get on the same page as everyone else.

OK, I've noticed that it seems like a lot of people can't program properly, but I'm starting to wonder if I'm just in a slightly different frequency than what I'm working on and that's causing it. OK, so here's the deal. I've found that the world inside of me feels waaaay more real than the world outside of me. This may also indicate that my frequency is out of sync with my environment and my environment is starting to crash. Lately it seems like everything I build works 100% of the time as it always did, but yet no one else can build anything that functions 100% of the time (Or even most of the time.) Here's a list of things that always fail and no one seems to do anything about it.
1.) Yahoo Mail (The new Beta version is being tested out, but the errors in deleting a message should have been fixed immediately and I never saw any changes in that for about 2 weeks at least.
2.) The DSL modem is flawed, yet it was brand new and even though DSL is supposed to be always on, the people who built the modem must not have realized that, so it keeps disconnecting me and so I ordered a new one. (One I used to have that worked well)
3.) The Lightworkers.org messaging system doesn't notify people of new messages. I told them about it and never heard back from them and I instead bookmarked the page to check it every one in a while.
4.) Fire Fox 4 is out now and no longer in Beta testing and sometimes the tabs I close will empty their content when I close them, but they won't go away. (This results in a build up of empty and unclosable tabs.
5.) My phone calls go direct to voice mail sometimes, but before I flashed my phone with different firmware, I only got a call every once in a while that didn't go direct to voice mail.
I just keep finding tech glitches everywhere. I'm a programmer, so I know how to fix things on my end, but it's all software or hardware bugs that I can't change. I mean, I could fix the FireFox one, but when I update it, it would mess up my fixes and not be worth it.
So, does anyone else notice this happening in their lives? Is it because I'm no longer in touch with the external world as much? I build things that always work and everyone gobbles up my work like it's candy, but I'm not sure if that's because I'm connected to me and I can create things in the external world, but not use things that other create as well. I'd be interested in know what others are experiencing.

Right now I'm having a hard time dealing with people. I never or rarely lose my patience but I can feel that inside I'm not tolerant these days, I don't see myself in the people in the subway or at work. At all.
It's like I don't belong here. I feel "attacked" by all this consumerism and all the ads we see each day. It's kind of violent to me and it increases this feeling of loneliness that I have. I'm easily annoyed by people and I don't feel connected to them.
It's strange because like a month ago I could somehow see through people and recognize their higher self and deeply love each and everyone of them. But it's harder these days. I'm very emotional too, I cry because of how far from me this society is and many people within it. It's just heavy.

I sow something very strange today 3 hours ago. I was looking in the skyes when I sow 2 births flying under a cloud.And then they just dissapired for few sec and then did it again and again until they just weren't there.It is almost summer here and the births are comming back they should be everywhere at the skyes but in certain period of time there is silence like it is winter.Then here they are again many of them singing and just when I say to myself "oh it's okay" and there is the silence again wow... Now I'm just sitting and listening their sounds or the lack of any sound. It is odd I maybe I freak out but I'm almost sure that the births are starting to move in the 4th.

Hi,
I wasn't to sure where to put this but 8/10 after i meditate, i go outside for a smoke and look upon the dark skys and ask silently in my mind if i will get to see my friends again.
Seconds later, I see this bright white light moving calmly across the sky, it then FLASHED at me (a 2 second bright flash of light) then shortly disapeared. I can tell this isn't a human aircraft like a plane etc...
Also, if i gaze upon the stars, i notice that suddenly more stars will appear.
What does this mean, and does it happen to anyone else?

One of our first tasks under Ashtar's direction was to inlay a new

All those participating in this Project are grouped into
'trinities' (three people working together), however, the members
of each trinity do NOT need to do the meditations at the same time
as the others. Through their 'intent', their energies will all be
sent 'together' to the appropriate grid. It is asked, however, that
the members of each trinity stay in touch with each other via email
or other means in order to facilitate the higher energetics of
Group Mind/Group Heart. At the end of two months, all trinity
members are then placed into Quartets and do specific meditations,
three times each week, which are given to us by Metatron. This is a
very high level of energy work and is the equivalent of going from
kindergarten directly into high school. All Quartet members,
however, continue to do the trinity work.

Okay, so there's basically a wealth of info out there on this subject. A large portion of it is theoretical. People talking who think of some great ideas, but haven't applied their ideas and achieved tangible results on an 'experiential level'. And there's a lot out there that is quite complex and takes a lot of time/practice.
I am interested & have found helpful, that which is Clear, Simple, and brings tangible results quickly. Overall I have spent much time, and I am interested in immediacy.
So what happened to me is (just my experiences, not necessarily right for everyone) about 5 years ago i started to get a certain tingling all over my body that would be triggered by certain experiences (music, love, travel, chemicals, etc). It would overcome me and then go away. Strings of epiphanies and surges of emotions, purity & clarity, would coincide with this. Recently, i have discovered how to create this with the help of music and with a certain mental orientation that short circuits and transcends itself. Again, just music & a simple mental orientation/outlook/direction.
What happens recently is i pulse and vibrate with the tingles i mentioned, but also my consciousness opens, everything unifies. After that a pillar opens.
I've learned that breath is a big component. The beginning of the Energy of each breath is the small of my back, followed by movement of breath/energy in, and throughout my body, then back down and out thru lower back. As i take open almost gasping breaths (and choose the frequency of my energy mentally), the breath illuminates my energy body and my self. Everything changes. I have to flow clearly mentally tho, for it to grow. Any thought i have to resolve with 'awareness of the ultimate version of it' 'why it is thought', etc. Then the flow continues that i intensify with energies i bring in around and out and it with each breath. Sometimes it's like poetry breathed in, the breath itself is an entity of sorts, with much elegance if i choose. which i love.
Anyways, i do this all day too. it dawned on me that every breath of our life, beginnings with a choice of frequency. a choice of any given feeling/energy, even if it seems triggered by external, it is entirely our choice how we feel, and which energies we breath in.
So, this is kundalini i've noticed, but direct, through the middle channels. i breathe in light. it illuminates me, and rises. as it gets more intense a pillar opens below me and above. time/space drastically changes. god consciousness unfolds. realms above are accessable. i have begun connection and movement towards them, and i am about to use symbols to direct where i go (in terms of 'realms'). akasha is my interest for the next 'step'. Complete relocation is my goal, though i will continue to help this place, this world, and commune with it.
So the portal (and the pillar which goes thru it and me) is at the intermediate stages of opening to my awareness, I am appreciative of any info about this next phase of navigation and relocation.
The song 'Clocks' is what triggered my conscious ability to do this, oddly enough. It was the mixture of message/energy/movement/and subsequent breath change (which i then became conscious of)
So at any rate, if anyone has ANY personal experience with vibrational raising to these levels, and would like to share it, I would have much gratitude. I offer this for however it may help. Please feel free to share even if it's a vastly different kick you're on, or if the experiences are 'lesser/greater', or whatever. Anything helps.

Not really sure what topic to put this in. But could be the next stage to ascension. Recently I managed to move an object at will using only my mind and energy. Anyone else out there been able to do this? I'm looking for some help to develop this skill further. Drawing the amount of energy required is quite difficult for me so far.
Any advice would be great. If anyone would like to ask me any questions about it to help themselves achieve this feel free to ask.

Do know what a true lightworker is? Far from divine. They see through them others, heartache, and they reflect back darkness.
They stand up in a room and all truth is seen, things break, people feel worse around you, you seemingly bring choas, wherever you go.
You are no better than worse off.
You realise its all you. You want to know pain? Try knowing everything that bad is essentially due to you. You want to know pain, try feeling the earth giving brith through your soul, and try loving everything that comes when it tries to conquer you, control you, ensalve you. You are tormented by darkness and you cannot feel anything but love for it, they laugh taunt, you have no friends, you don't know how any other way to behave.
Suddenly you release everything and god sets you free. Does that put you closer to god? How can you be closer to god or better than anyone when you've done worse things than most will ever know. You are brave. You chose to allow to show all others that they suffer, so they could see who they really are. You make things worse, so they can be better.
You give up everything, and are shown no love from others. You think your better, get your head out of your ass. You show others what they are, and when they see you for your TRUTH, that you know inside is there, you just are helping with ascension. Thats what its all about.

Tools are an extension of yourself. Use them as such, treat them with the same respect and love light that you would you. They are expanding your own resident energies, now it is up to you to decide where these energies go, and, it is up to you to decide to let go, becuase if you do not let go of it, it will become dirty and dark, not clean, and your not helping anyone only hurting, and making yourself weaker.
Use everything with your own intentions, focus strongly with emotions what you want, put all of it into everything you do. NEVER BACK DOWN. Don't look back now. Keep going, dont stop, no matter how lonely it gets, use that as fuel, become stronger.
Remember who you are, and you allways are, believe it, or it means nothing. Without believe your emotions are useless.

I would like to know what life is like in higher dimensions. What is the daily life of these beings in these dimensions.
I am from the Pleiades but dont rememember what life is like in the Pleiades. I was told from a healer I was from the Pleiades and when reading material channeled from the Pleiades I felt connected and turned on.
What can we look forward to in transitioning to a higher dimension?

Hello Everybody,
This is my first post since joining the site a couple of days ago. I am 30 years old and have been devouring self help books since i was 18 which has in affect led me to this point. I have been feeling really strange for the last few weeks and since reading about ascension the feelings have intensified and sometimes I wonder if any of this is actually real... or am I imagining it?
I have been listening to chanellings lately by ET's and I am starting to view the world in a different way but again I am the only person within my social and work group that is probably doing this. I work as a Project Manager for a bank and this subject could not be further from what I engage in daily and I feel if i told anyone about they would be like "UHH... Wierdo" but I just find myself inexplicably drawn to this regardless. Its all getting surreal and I am caring less and less about things that I used to care about.
Anyway just needed to get that off my chest.

Hello all,
I'd like to find out why I get a strange feeling when meditating or working on raising my vibration.
For a few years now I have been getting sudden, sharp intense dizzy spells which are like an instant pressure in my head and then they disappear within a second or less. I've been to various doctors, a healer and a physio.
Doctors didnt help at all, healer said I needed to be grounded and it was my root chakra which was worked on which did help with the dizzyness however it didnt eliminate the neck pain I was also getting. So I went to a physio for that, it was to do with my posture im told so my neck pain is starting to get better and I have recently been working on raising my vibration.
When I sit to meditate, sometimes my mind seems to lock onto a thought of feeling and my conciousness is in limbo then i feel this sudden extremely powerful dizzy spell as if i am falling at incredible speed. I used to get it throughout the day on and off several times a day and was very unpleasant. Since going back to live in my ego/being a 3D regular being it stopped.
Another symptom is ringing in both ears, which also becomes intenense, especially if I focus on it.
Now that im working on raising my vibration, meditating again etc its coming back and its most unpleasant.
Could it be that my conciousness is way more evolved than my body is able to cope with?
Or perhaps due to listening to several 'DNA activation' cd's i've triggerd something?
Its VERY powerful and VERY real, when this feeling comes on I naturally try to snap out of it *survival instinct?
Anyway, i'd like to identify WHAT THIS IS and how I can control it?

Now, the song 'Clocks' by Coldplay opens a pillar and redirects my lower energy in various Nadis, as well as tapping me into a charge. Also, the song 'Refuge' by Vas is helping me center and become empty beforehand. Does anyone have particular bands or songs that help them ascend/raise vibrational frequency, etc?

So i get chills looking into certain areas, Like the hallway of my house today, after i meditated, i felt as if something was there. Watching me, Usually when this happens now i just take a deep breath and take in light. I used to be fearful of this but i cant tell if its entities that i feel and if they are, how can i tell if they are malevolent or benevolent? Or if its just me being weird? lol
Im just looking to compare experiences I know what Im going through is something real, but just to be sure im not the only one. Thats why i love this website! :)

Ok, I know when any question is asked here its better to go within yourself to find the answer. I feel that I have and I feel what I'm experiencing is validation but I'd like to compare experiences with others, I'd like to understand If other people are feeling the same thing I am. The MAIN reason I have created this topic is to focus on muscle spasm experiences. When I'm reading metaphysical material or things that I believe to ring true deep within my being I will experience a quick little twitch/muscle spasm, usually its one of my legs moving but sometimes my neck too. I only have muscle spasms when hearing certain statements that I believe ring true deep within..During my 'daily life' doing other things I don't experience this only when reading my metaphysical books/listening to Light being channelings/and listening to people that speak of the topics what David Icke frequently talks about, usually stuff about awakening, the real reality, but sometimes stuff like government dishonesty. Does anyone else experience this? If you do and have found out more insight on the 'phenomena' than I have spoken of, please do share your thoughts. Just now I am listening to a the 49 minute Kryon channeling on Komurosans youtube page. I'm only 6 minutes into listening and I'm experiencing more muscle spasms than usual so I figured I'd make a topic real quick, and see what others think of this phenomena.
Another thing is the chills. Now, I get the chills frequently so its hard to tell the different types of chills I get. Sometimes I get the chills listening to music (I listen to Rap and R&B). Sometimes I get the chills just walking into a different room/area of some place. And sometimes I get the chills listening to some of the GFL channelings posted on youtube..usually when certain statements are declared that I feel resonate with me. What should I make of this? This is one thing that has been a bit confusing to me when asking myself why. Because it happens in so many different situations and in different variations. Sometimes its only one arm that gets the chills sometimes its my whole body including my head and sometimes its just my back or upper body. If anyone who has experienced this can share some insight with me I would be very grateful.
Thirdly the ringing in my ears, now there is always some kind of ringing going on in my ears. It is usually not very noticeable until I give attention to it, at that point it usually gets louder, not always though. Sometimes it amplifies in one ear sometimes both, recently just one ear, my right ear. But there is constant ringing in both. It doesn't feel like sound as we know it, like the hum of something electrical its very high pitched and I actually find It comforting. I've read it sometimes has to do with spirit guide communication..and trust me I've been asking myself what is this ringing? I've said if your trying to communicate I don't understand you, can you please find a different way of communicating with me..and if they have (which they probably have) I haven't had a clear enough mind to fully understand even during quiet meditation. Just like my other questions, if those who have experienced this could shed some insight on this I would greatly appreciate it.

HI guys, Im new to all of this. Im sure this question has been asked alot, My ears ring constantly, When i focus on it, it can get louder, like right now. My ears are ringing lol.What does this mean? I just want a better understanding of this and if there any tips to like pick up anything? Another thing, two days ago i notice when i look into the sky during the day time i could see very tiny particles. I guess you can call them orbes? Floating around in the sky, they are really fast, it much clearer in the sky then when i look around ahead of me and theres alot of objects in front of me, maybe because the sun is reflecting it? TO me i think its the natural energy thats visible to me? Idk haha which is why im asking? Any thoughts on this? It would really help me thank you all. :) then i guess i can see idk? I think i have been awoken for a little over a month now. i now see things as one and dualistic aspirations have faded completely. i feel love for all that is and would never harm anything, knowing that if I did i would merely be doing the same to myself and all others. now with that being said what i experienced last night was the most amazing feeling i've ever had and will be difficult to explain but i will do my best. It was around 11:30 last night and i was feeling somewhat hungry for knowledge or a greater since of awareness. I walked outside and began to stare at the stars it was a crystal clear night perfect for star gazing. almost as soon as looked up i noticed that there was (what seemed to me) lines connecting the stars not bright lines but a very faint light. amazed and confused as to what i was seeing i stayed out side for at least an hour just starring at the sky. i began to get cold so i got up to go inside. just before i did i looked back up and cleared my mind and put out my intent the best way i knew how by saying loudly in my head "i'm ready" and almost instantaneously i began to feel an intense euphoria. i went and got in my bed and at that point it was as if every cell in my body was vibrating. with my eyes closed i saw intense white light. it felt like my light body had awoken and was ready to go. i got up to go to the bathroom a few hours later. i never went to sleep i never even moved i just wanted to experience what was happening to me. when i got up i noticed a very distinct feeling on the top of my head running down to my neck right above my back. it was almost a light feeling as if that part of me wasn't even there....... if anyone else knows what i went through please share your experience or maybe just let me know what happened to me.

One of the most confusing things about the ascension movement is the whole issue of labeling the density we're moving to. On David Wilcock's forum board, we talk about moving to 4D. Here on Lighworkers.org, the talk and channelings discuss moving to 5D.
Can anyone help me understand this disparity? Are we all calling the same thing by different names or is there an actual difference of opinion?

I know none of us have a full grip on whats to come in 2012 and beyond..one thing I've been thinking about though is if I were to ascend, or if you were..and you have pets, What will happen to them? If those who want to ascend end up reaching such a high vibration that we become invisible to our pets, how do we take care of them? Is there a possibility they will ascend with us? I just have an extremley close bond with my dog and I wouldn't part with her for the world but then again I don't want that to hold me back from reaching my goal of ascension from the '3rd' to '5th' dimension. Its more for her well being than mine, I would want to know shes fed, happy, and safe. What are yalls thoughts on this?

So I've been reading up on this Kundalini stuff. I beleive I may have started my Kundalini activation. I do not really meditate much. I know I should. It is difficult for me to try and silence my over active mind. I also try to visualize stuff but with little success. My wife does Yoga, but I do not. Although after reading up a bit on the Kundalini, I think I will give both meditation and yoga another shot.
But I read that to activate this Kundalini people practice meditation and yoga for sometimes many years. So why would this activation start on me? Well I had an experience with a loved one close to me. It rocked me to my core. I was devistated, but I took a different way of how to look at it. This was my way to heal. My way to understand. And I would like to think it was the correct way. The higher, enlightened way. The only way I knew of understanding and still holding onto that unconditional love. To truley love all, you must really learn to love yourself and the ones closest to you.
As I told my mind and ego to sit this one out, I began my inner healing. This though, hit a snag. Right in my sacral chakra. And it sat there for a few weeks/months. I had a few physical ailments because of this. I beleive the sacral snag was because I was still healing and not truelly understanding. But why was it taking me so long to heal and get past it? Because my mind/ego wasn't wanting to allow me to. And I followed that ego. I followed it down into the pit of my existence. Right between my root and sacral. And we just sat there, on our own self victimized pitty. I finally got tired of that pitty. I began understanding in a different perspective. I let go of the old way of thinking.
Now, while snaged up on the sacral I kept asking myself/higher self/guides what is going on? Please help me to understand this physical pain I am feeling. I remember about a year ago seeing the word Kundalini somewhere on some post. And that was the word that kept popping into my head. In the last couple of days I have read up on it. I truelly believe that the beginning of this process is what I am going through. Even after reading up on it for the last couple of days I am just as confused now as I was before. But I feel differently inside. I feel differently about everything. And I mean everything. I have a sense of peace/calm/love/understanding that I never have had before. I love my life for what it is and for everything I have been through because you go through those past events for a reason.
I hesitate on bringing this up. First off, because I'm not for sure on this being what I'm going thru. From what I have read, some people will spend their whole life meditating, doing yoga, eating healthy, practicing abstenance, exercising, etc in efforts to activate their Kundalini. I guess I don't want to think my ego is tricking me. But I knew nothing of Kundalini until a couple of days ago. I was not trying to activate it. And I think that may be the trick. The Kundalini activates when you are ready. You can spend your whole life trying to activate it, but our higher self knows when you are ready. Keep in mind this is more than this lifetime journey. Perhaps I spent multiple lifetimes trying to activate it.
I am a little surprised that I do not see more people talking about the Kundalini activation. Do you beleive it is part of the ascension process? I would love ya'lls feedback on Kundalini. Any personal experiences? Is it something that you believe is not needed? I will say this. On some readings it talks about the snake coiled around 3 1/2 times. Not sure if that means anything in general. But it was a major key to what I had went through. It took 3 1/2 times of this experience to activate. I believe I am still starting the Kundalini process. I believe I may have finally cleared that sacral block. Although I may still be a little snaged on it. From what I read and what I feel inside, do not fight this one. This is very powerful and potent and there is no point in resisting. Keep you love for yourself and others in your heart. Live your life helping others the best way you can and always think of the whole and not just you. I still can't describe the inner calm I feel. I am just happy I do and love all for it.

Hello everyone,
So I've been doing alot of spiritual work latley and it has hit me like ton of bricks..I feel that I am changing very, very quickly..
But every now and then I do have my doubts..every now and then I slip and let peoples opinion influence my beliefs in the wrong way..
so this is my 5 mins of being doubtful for today, I cant help but ask these question
So I just wanted to get you alls opinions regarding a few things...
There is ALOT of talk about ascension latley, when some people speak of ascension they speak of the seemingly never ending process of spiritual growth and awarness which contunues on for a very long time 3d,4d,5d,6d etc. I'm aware that ascension is and ongoing process.
What I'm speaking of now, though is the more immidiate shift in conciousness that we all seem to be experiencing at some level right now. What I want to get straight is the correlation between the galactic alignment, photon belt..and becoming spiritually aware. So we know as you go through life you ascend, not nessarily immidiatley from 3d to 5d but a slower more gradual process. What I'm trying to figure out is what makes this lifetime DIFFERENT what outside source is affecting us to the point of 'rapid'(?) ascension from 3d to 5d as apposed to the long and gradual ascension through the reincarnation cycles (learning,karma,etc). When I've asked about ascension the most sensible answer I get seems to be that it is a gradual process, you dont just wake up december 21 2012 and find yourself in a 5d reality, ok than why all the talk about the process in THIS lifetime as apposed to 50-100 years ago. If its not going to happen suddenly and takes a good while why are people feeling the effects now and why is there so much talk about it happening very soon? I know I'm asking question that no one can give me a for sure answer on but I'd still like you alls opinion.
My over all blatent questions are:
What makes 2012 different..and what do you think will really happen on this date?
Does the galactic alignment really influence our physical bodies, and if so It would seem that something 'big' would happen near dec 2012?
When and how does the process of being able to exist in a 5d reality/awarness actually start becoming noticable? I know ascension depends on the individual but is there a time period in which most people who are 'on the path of (rapid?) ascension' will be able to interact with 5d beings? Will people just start disapearing when there bodies become mostly crystaline and how would this be gradual?
Do you believe that soon the earths surface will not be able to inhabit life, and how does that relate to the galactic alignment?
I'm very interested in inner earth aswell, Agartha. where do the 5d beings in Agartha fit into the 2012 scenario do you beleive we be 'brought' to inner earth as a part of our (rapid?) ascension process?

It was getting to overwhelming for my life. I was too on the strait and narrow, and not balancing my life. I felt like dying, and I was too overwhelmed with love, light, and peace.
Now, I am listening to rap music again, I'm going to less Na/Aa meetings, I'm looking at porn sometimes, I've lessened my meditations, and so on.
This has brought me to a lower vibration, but I am more comfortable. It does and can get hard as a lightworker. I have not given up on my lightworker ways, I've just toned it down. Not saying this is how it's going to be, because I tend to change from day to day, but this is more suitable.
Much love to all lightworkers, and those holding the love, light, and peace. From my perspective I had to tone it down and now I'm more flexible.
I reached a peak in my lightwork, and now i'm stepping back, adjusting, and learning how to further my being/lightwork. It's only right for now as I was going to hard with my visions.

hi everyone :)
did any of you felt something strange was happening to you before the japan quake and tsunami? during a night of sleep, an image my soul projected was of a serious natural disaster. a nuclear power plant explosion in a nearby city where i live. roads were damaged and sections of the city was completely leveled to about 9 meters below the original surface.
another dream i had, i told my family to move to colorado because i felt some of the coastal states such as california, oregon, and texas were going to sink under the ocean.
a week or so later, the big quake hit japan, followed by the tsunami, followed by the nuclear reactors going off at japan's power plants. another strange thing was, before all of this happaned, during my daily commute, i would see this billboard of a film being opened in theaters on 3.11.11. the day of the japan quake. and yet another strange thing, a day before the japan quake, i tuned into the japanese news channel nhk world news. i haven't watched tv in months. but once i tuned into this channel, they were playing a few oldies tunes from the 60's! it was the greatest hits collections. don't remember by whom however.
when the quake finally happened and it was televised. it was like deja vu. the image being shown in television was almost the exact same image in my dream.
in recent news, it was discovered that radioactive substance have contaminated some food supplies here in california, where i live.

I don't know quite understand but there seems to be much energy towards moving OUT towards land, community living holistically living off the land rent free.
Many people i've met have been along these similar lines of vibration. I can see why in the future people moving towards such ends would be a good step to rearranging the way we interact with the world. Me and my husband have definitely set intention towards wanting an earthship with healing center/music studio/living gardens. But the concept of thinking it is happening this summer is currently tripping me out a bit.
For me knowing any more information about WHY this summer, and WHERE we should go would be immensely helpful. I realize this is partially a trust issue as letting it flow I'll see when I get there! but part of me needs to ask for assistance from another human being what paths are being shaped..
If you know someone that would be interested in trading either for Reiki or for an angel attunement or just for karma points let me know. I am getting pretty convinced I am part of the starseeds collective & the PLAN. I want to be ready and right now I feel like i'm spinning!

Ever since I've accelerated on my journey back to the light, I feel it is harder to associate with people who operate out of fear. Even if they are nice people I still think as a conditioned being not knowing about the information that I know they are still in the dark and maybe not consciously, they still live out of fear.
From the books that I've read like the Family Of Light I've gained much information about the light. As the majority of the world still operates in the dark I find it harder to be around people who don't know the same information that I know.
I'm having a strong desire of not being on this planet anymore, but I know this is part of the job as a holder of light and being in a higher dimension.
I feel a minority holding this light, but I know the change to more light is on its way.
When I talk to people I feel the fear they emit and it makes me uncomfortable. As I know, I've faced all my fears and I operate out of love which makes it hard to be around people who operate out of fear.

Meditation is a gift that allows us to retreat into a still place. it's not always easy because the mind shoots off thoughts all the time. I believe in many methods of meditation and we must each pick one that's right for ourselves. Sitting in lotus position may work for some. I found it hard sitting this way and so after I did a course on mindfulness I found it was a lot easier. Mindfulness just is about focusing awareness on the present moment whether we are moving or sitting still. So brushing your teeth can be a meditation in itself. I sit for 5 to 8 minutes everyday and I find it vital for my wellbeing. I find it interesting how some of us meditate better in groups while others are better focused on their own

I am a beleiver, I have seen the federations guidance first hand in my life..which has taken a dramatic turn for the better. But as far as mass ascension and 2012 what makes 2012 the date of ascension? Im a little confused because in some of the GFL channelings I've listened to they give me the impression change/ascension is near.. but in others I think it was Arcangel Michael in 2009 he said the ascension process is lengthy and still has a long way to go..this was in 2009 I beleive. Although I would like to believe it..its hard for me to imagine mass ascension taking place in 2012 when the world still hasn't even experienced its first public contact. I know everyone wont ascend at the same time but it does feel as though we would be skipping some steps by ascending in 2012..by that I mean the world still has much to learn about peace and generousity. What do you BELEIVERS think?

Remember the reason why a lot of us are here at this moment is to hold the love, light, and peace for gaia and all her inhabitants.
Don't forget to meditate with gaia, being a vessel for our higher power of love, light, and peace to go through us into gaia.
An easy meditation is:
to visualize being in a cacoon of a tree, asking the angels to direct the love, light, and peace that is going through you deep into gaia to the center of her heart being, and to all her existance and inhabitants. Honor your human mother and father as masculinity and femininity as one. then honor your masculinity and femininity as one. Honor gaia by asking her if it is ok to connect with her. Listen to her voice and communicate with her. Then, visualize a tap root coming from the tree going deep down into gaia into her heart center and her core of existance. Then visualize a million roots coming off from the trunk going deep down into gaia into her heart center. Feel her pull and talk to gaia while all this is happening. Send love and tell her she is doing a great job, and that we are there to help and support her and that we are there anytime that she needs us and for her to nudge us anytime she needs us. Talk with gaia, she is a being too and wants us to connect with her and know more about her. Visualize a bright white light, along with love and peace going from the center of the galaxy from our higher power going through our crown chakra deep through our body and down the roots into gaia. Hold the love, light, and peace and become a vessel for these to go through into gaia. Talk with gaia and send her love and communicate to her like she is your friend, family, mother, your child, etc. because she is our friend, family, and a beautiful being of love, light, and peace. Thank her for the shelter, food, water, resources, and giving us a place to live. Hold the love, light, and peace as long as you want and continue to talk to gaia while this is happening. Gaia is our friend and is recognized as a being also. Don't forget to thank the angels for their assistance, and our higher power for even getting the chance to live life. Close with a blessing and thanking the spiritual world including gaia.
This is how I do my daily meditation, and it is important to always communicate how you feel and share your emotions and life with gaia and the spiritual world. The spiritual world is interested in us as much as we are interested in them. Take time out of your day to daily commune and get in touch with the spiritual world. Remember the greatest gift of life is to serve our higher power and to give thanks.

All the work our spirit guides, angels, gaia, higher power, prime creator, sun and moons, planets, light beings, energy beings, pleiadians, other star systems, and benign beings, all deserve thanks for their hard work.
A lot of angels presently do their work with unconditional love and without anything needed in return. They serve the higher power and do it knowing that it isn't about them it's what our higher power wants.
A lot of their work gets unrecognized by us humans so don't forget the assistance we are getting at this time on gaia. remember the way to acknowledge their work in the spiritual world is to thank them.
Also, it is only right for us to give to others what we are freely given. Hold the love, light, and peace for gaia and show the way as a lightworker. Meditate and visualize and be a vessel for our higher power to go through us into gaia.
Remember we are here for gaia and her inhabitants, and don't forget to meditate and be a vessel of love, light, and peace.
Keep the flow going, and know it isn't about us, it's about our higher power.

Hello.
I have some questions.
1. It is said that the earths surface have to be rearranged and that we humans need to be evacuatued for some time. When will this take place?
2. As we make the shift into the forth and fifth dimension, must we lose our carbon-based bodies? And if we do, what will we look like? I make rock music, it's my weapon of choice for melting away negative energys. I want to be able to play guitar... I'm serious about this. It's a fear I have inside of me, losing my favourite way of expressing my divine feelings.
3. Is there any form of higher spirit-realm rock scene? Cause I would really dig rocking out with Jesus and family :))

I have a quick question...
After the obvious shift in energy last week.. I have felt more connected and aware than every before. In the last day or so, I have felt myself relax and sort of fall back into a normal energy. Part of me is feeling guilty about this.. does this mean that I have lost this deeper connection? I find myself focusing on "3D" world stuff again. I wish I did not feel so guilty because I know that there is much work to be done energetically. Anyone else feeling this? Any advice? Thank you so much!

One of my Reiki clients has been hearing birds (she describes them as what she would imagine rain-forest birds would sound like) when she lays down at night to go to sleep. Someone else she knows has been experiencing something similar and I am wondering if there are any of you out there experiencing this?? Any theories on why and what it is??

Now my hometown Miyagi prefecture in Japan experience the biggest earthquake in human history now.
Many people died, and so much despair has increased.
And the nuclear power plant exploded at last today,
and if we failed to repair this, possibly it will go world class disaster.
so please join me, and pray and do healing work to get down white gold right to Fukushima prefecture, next to Miyagi convergently,gathering the huge light and beam it to there.
of course this disaster is happened as ascention, and mutation of our earth, we healers know that.
so We can, and we have to do healing works to use white gold light for this time of huge changes of earth and also world class disaster, to make ascention more peaceful.
I call this work as "special harmonic convergence" for the next earth and earth healing.

Well, I've had been paying attention to the topics and 'predictions' here, and I remember that some said that "something big is gonna start to happen on March 11th, 2011", due to synchronization, or the Alignment, or something like that..
And it suddenly come upon me the shocking realization that hey,..this 8.9 SR HUGE earthquake is indeed happening NOW!
So,..what does this signify really? I'm now starting to get really curious!
And, will the 'cleansing' process start to accelerate even more & more...into 2012??

You know... I realize how you can "create your reality." But my life has had (and has) so many twists and turns that I am in emotional ruin. I feel so dead and empty that its hard to even "feel" a ligit emotion. The more I try the more rigid I become. I feel the acension has crushed everything that made me "me." My ego. My ego seemed to be a hell of a lot more creative, more motivated and much better standards than the 'real' me... I had a differnt vision as to how acension was going to turn out, and frankly it really obliverated the remainder of my confidence. I may be a little dissapointed or do not see the possability anymore. I feel so victim to circumstances in my life. All the fear and insecurites have left my nothing but hate a judgement. Its like I feel vunerable to others successes, happiness... In a sense I killed my ego... In another sense... Im still all ego... lol. I have a massive fear of time and aging. I don't know when, if or how.. I can change this mind set.. But its been a 6 to seven year haul. Its getting very old.

I am just wanting to put my story out there in hopes that someone else out there feels that same way or has had a similar experience as me. I am also looking for any opinions or feedback.
It was actually UFO sightings that brought me to this website. I have seen 3 or 4 UFO's in my lifetime and am 30 years old. My last experience terrifed me for some reason. Nothing happened to me but I started thinking negative thoughts and started researching alien abductions. Then I started worrying about being abducted in the middle of the night. I then found a man that underwent hypnotherapy (on youtube) and a "being" came through in his session (through him). I felt deep down that this was real. What he said about mankind and what we needed to do sounded right. I started researching some more and found out about the ascension, etc.
I have also been trying to be in contact with my angels and spirit guides and I feel like I am being heard all of a sudden. All of what we have heard about the veil being lifted is true. I feel like a different person though now and am not sure what I need to do. I feel alone because the people that are close to me in my life won't understand what I'm trying to say and I feel like they will think I'm crazy. I'm just looking for a like minded individual out there that can put my mind at ease.
I feel like the whole 2012 end of the world phenomenon is a bunch of garbage and it really will be a new way of thinking. I think something spectacular is going to happen and I think that it has to do with other life in the universe.
Even if no one responds to this, I hope someone reads it and knows how I am feeling.

About a month ago I got back from a 40 day/40 night trip in the California Redwoods, 26 of which were spent fasting and praying. The reason I did this is because I am the Water Bearer, the women spoken about in Revelations. I returned home to Minnesota after not seeing my friends and family for a very long time since I was required to surrender all that I knew before to achieve completion without it. I was under the impression that the people that I returned to would take more of an interest in what I've been doing and allow me to share my wisdom and knowledge seeing that my light powers come from other peoples faith in me. Unfortunately, I found that just because I changed doesn't mean that any of them had changed and their ignorant attitudes and lack of interest in me remained the same. I've had to return to once again being the scapegoat in a dysfunctional family and being considered "weird" by all of my old friends. I wish that I could say that I'm not bothered by it because I have so much faith in my destiny, but the thing is, is that it really hurts. I have so much to share and nobody to listen, and I've really found the saying "No prophet is welcome in their hometown" to be true. I'm writing a book right now, it's called 'Waking Eve', it's the second book spoken about in Revelation and although I got a good start since it's just a published journal that will have all of the esoteric information in it, I've found that lately I've been overcome by a strong depression and it's been hard to keep going. My Father showed me so much while I was in the forest and to have to return to such a negative society is overwhelmingly painful at times. I'm naturally an introvert so it's hard enough to have to go around telling people that I am God's daughter, the lower Sophia, but even harder to have to be treated like some grandiose person with a really convincing story. Nobody wants to hear it yet, I mean, there are a few people that are supportive, but I don't get to see them that often and even despite that I still feel incredibly lonely. My heart grew so much when I was in that forest and the pain that I feel when I'm exposed to such negativity can be quite uncomfortable sometimes. My Father wants me to get used to telling people so I can't just keep quite and avoid putting myself in those situations, but it's hard to have to start pushing my knowledge out w/o getting any positive feedback in exchange. Although I am pretty strong of person, I do find that I let it get to me, and I really wish that that wasn't the case. My dad was telling me today that when Jesus was in his hometown they tried killing him, and although nobody has gone to that extent, I still get really sad when people that would normally adore me are now ditching or talking smack about me behind my back. I mentioned something about these feelings awhile back on here, it was right before I went into the forest, and after I was asked to surrender everything that I had ever known. The feedback that I got wasn't too encouraging because somebody kept challenging me and saying that I created my own reality when really it was just an act of commitment to the Creator since I have a relationship with him that is similar to Abrahams which can be pretty intense sometimes. However, I would appreciate it if anybody does feel that way to may just keep their opinions to themselves because I really don't want to have to deal with more criticism, not on here at least. I'm just looking for some support, maybe even a few connections. In the past it's been hard for me to reach out to others for help, which is a shortcoming that I'm trying to overcome. I was hesitant about posting this, but I am in need of some love and encouragement right now, because I have a huge project that can be completely draining sometimes. I need something to keep me going because I have been without it for too long now. I am a tree of life who is not getting what she needs from her roots, so I need to find a new source to support me because I am The Thunder, Perfect Mind and my paradox can get quite lonely sometimes. The Board of Knowledge
The Board of Knowledge was created to give the Greatest Love and the Greatest Energy Unit of Oneness. The Board supports everyone to reach Total Spiritual Enlightenment. It brings greater awareness of what we are moving toward and the Purpose of Everything in Life. The Board of Knowledge truly is the Highest Spiritual Tool for Enlightenment!
Spiritual Enlightenment comes in multiple steps and in different ways throughout our journey here on Earth. Total Enlightenment and its steps never end because we are all eternal, not even for an already Enlightened Master. Spirituality is a school that goes on forever, no one is done, not even the Masters or Archangels. The Board of Knowledge is the most efficient and oldest way to open people up into their spirituality.
The first step in regular spirituality is usually a new form of consciousness, curiosity, and a wider search for answers. The first step in a spiritual evolving towards Enlightenment is much more advanced. The person has already evolved and grown, maybe for many, many years, and now the person has reached so far that their own personal frequency in the body has started to change. The inner vibration on the smallest level inside of the atom’s absolute smallest building part, wants to change its tone. When this has happened, the whole body and all of its atoms have changed the frequency and the person has, by that, reached a new and higher vibrating personal frequency. They are inspired to continue searching for even more advanced knowledge that will take them to their next step towards Enlightenment. We here on Earth as a consciousness have finally reached a level that makes The Board of Knowledge the best and most logical step to take.
The Board of Knowledge is the highest step that one can take that will help them open up, remove blockages and become closer to being a vibrational match to their Expanded Self and the Well-Being that they have been looking for.
The Board of Knowledge is a very ancient Knowledge that comes from the very Beginning of Everything. This Knowledge can help people evolve, grow, and expand in the exact and right direction. The Board of Knowledge works individually for everyone, because each person has their own specific purpose and timing for Enlightenment.
The Board of Knowledge is something that is used everywhere in the Universe among Extraterrestrials, Angels and Light Beings. The Signs on the Boards are worked with and used over and over. Every time a Sign is given, it helps the individual grow and expand towards what is best for them and the direction that would lead them further towards their Total Spiritual Enlightenment. Even the already Enlightened, like Masters and Archangels, etc., benefit from continuous use of The Board of Knowledge. This amazing Knowledge can also be used to open up animals, things in nature, and planets in the right way for their growth. Everything existing in any form is on a Spiritual Journey and seeks out Enlightenment.
The Board of Knowledge can never be used in the wrong way and no one ever outgrows it. The Board is Safe. So to request the Signs for someone other than yourself, is also appropriate and beneficial for that person who isn’t aware of receiving this blessed gift, because everyone is on a Spiritual Journey. These openings always lead to the best direction, highest path and Spiritual understanding that is unique for each individual.
The Knowledge from The Board of Knowledge is not found in any worldly known books. Specific Holy Signs are sent by “The Giver” to the requesting party who then harmonizes with the Sign(s) and moves forward on their spiritual path, no matter what heights/development the person, so far, has reached. Every Sign of The Board of Knowledge leads us to greater Enlightenment and harmony with the fullness of Who We Really Are. The Board of Knowledge brings out the best in us! The Board of Knowledge is the ultimate thought of God Divine.
There exists Five Boards of Knowledge and each Board has 36 Signs. On Earth right now only the Signs from the First and Second Boards are given with a total being 72 Signs. Each Board stands for and touches different things. Board One has more to do with the physical and Board Two stands for and deals more with psychological/emotional issues. The Board of Knowledge is the Patterns for Everyone and Everything existing!
The Board of Knowledge can be given to anyone, without exception. It knows exactly what you need for your own unique spiritual journey. I invite you to the possibility of receiving such Signs. Everyone is divinely guided to their own Steps in life as well as growing as a Spiritual Being. The Board of Knowledge can be the most significant choice you make for your development here on Earth.
Every individual has different needs, so there is no right way or order in which to receive. After the initial Session, it is then the person’s choice to continue on this amazing journey with more Signs. Time between sessions vary from two days up to a week between Signs. Hello out there to all of my Brothers and Sisters! I'm so glad to have found this site.. It seems as though I've been looking for you my entire life.. and I didn't even know it lol! I wanted to take some time to share my story with you guys. Hopefully it can inspire others as it continues to inspire me, and maybe others are experiencing the same thing.
First off, I'm a 27 year old male, I consider myself in the "nerdy" category :P (video games, comic books, etc), I am an Iraq war veteran, I'm polyamorous with 2 loving girlfriends, and I'm currently attending college. I grew up in a Southern Baptist home, with a very nurturing environment. I spent a majority of my young life involved with church activities and such, but realized at 14 that my heart wasn't fully in that belief system. I hung out with the wrong crowd as a teenager, and thankfully avoided any serious trouble. I was drawn toward rock music, metal, and Gothic clothes. I felt comfortable with that image, with those people. Many of them were good people, but simply misunderstood by their peers and their elders.
At 18 I joined the ARMY as an analyst. Five days later the World trade center was destroyed. We were terrified because they told us we would be sent to Afghanistan to all fight as infantrymen regardless of our contractually-obligated job description. Thankfully that didn't happen, and I was able to wait 2 more years before my 13-month trip to Iraq. That was a tough time. I was going through a divorce while simultaneously dodging mortar rounds every night. I believe that was one of the hardest times in my life, but it led me to one of my first realizations.. I was still ok. I realized that I would always be ok, and be able to figure my way out of any situation. At that point in my life I kinda considered myself agnostic, so the inner strength that I was experiencing, was perceived as solely originating in my sheer stubbornness to not give up, and didn't necessarily affect anything outside of my body. I also noticed while I was in Iraq, that if I'm smiling and joking, other people would start smiling and joking. And in Iraq, where the divorce rate is nearly 80% and people are dying.. a laugh goes a long way. I then kind of assumed my role then as "the positive one".
Man that's hard though.. keeping that positive energy flowing all the time.. but it sure helps. I've always been good at noticing patterns, and my analytical training really helped. After a couple years I began to notice that my personality had been changing. And it seemed directly related to my newly found positive attitude. Then in the summer of 2009, I saw Bill Mahr's Religulous. After that night I considered myself atheistic. Luckily I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, so when it came time to pick my college courses, I loaded up on histories, social sciences, humanities, etc. I wanted to understand what compelled people to maintain their faith. After classes such as Anthropology, New Testemant Studies, World Religions, Philosophy, I felt like I had covered a lot of ground. Then in August 2010, my life changed.
August 9, 2010 I watched 10 hours of The History Channel's "Ancient Alien Series". That was the day I woke up. After all that I had learned in school, the evidence right in front of my eyes completely contradicted all of it. I previously had ideas about researching the Pyramids, Mayans, Freemasons, etc.. but now I was in full gear. The very next day I started sending my questions out into the internet, processing as much as I possibly could as fast as I could. I've always been the smart kid who loved learning, but this was different.. My soul was craving this information. I couldn't think of anything else more important. I researched at home every day for at least 5 hours for about 4 months. My Higher Self knew that this was the last piece I would need to set my dominoes falling down the row.
At around the end of September 2010, I had my first spiritual experience. From what I understand, I'm pretty sure it was the opening of my Heart Chakra. An incredible experience with the Divine. I had NEVER had any kind of experience with ANYTHING unexplainable.. And then I did.. it changed my perception. I became increasingly aware, up from an already steady natural-awareness that I was blessed with. My awareness has always been one of my strong points, but now it's accelerating every day. I tuned into my body and spent the next couple of months actively ALLOWING my chakras to open.
In November I started seeing numbers. I've done a lot of looking into synchronicity and I fully believe that it is a vital key to understanding how everything fits together. Here's the way I look at it: (Luck = Positive Coincidence = Synchronicity = Divine Intervention) AKA Synchronicities are God's little miracles. So I started pointing them out and appreciating each one. Then I started noticing :33's.. then after a couple days of that I started seeing :22's, then :11's, then :44's.... etc, etc, etc.. Basically the Numbers that pop up in my path are there to remind me that I'm on the right path. That I'll get to where ever I'm going right on time. It's calming, centering, and effectively pulled me into the moment. Within a couple weeks I started seeing the numbers on license plates. EVERY time I get in the car to go ANYWHERE.. EVERY DAY! This too is accelerating. Every time I get a receipt for anything, the numbers are there. God's miracles are filling my path with synchronicity every single day, simply so that I can smile to myself whenever I see one. It's like life is a giant "Word Search" and I KNOW if I keep my eyes on the moment, the numbers WILL be there. The numbers I see are 11,22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99,00,13,23,32,42,52. (Coincidentally I'm currently taking statistics, and I know that the probability of these numbers popping up EVERYWHERE, EVERYDAY is REALLY REALLY LOW. These are my little miracles, and I thank the Creator for each and every one.
Then I started experiencing CHI in December. I awoke quickly from a deep sleep to feel my heartbeat strong in my chest (like usual). Then the heartbeat began to move in my body.. It moved around in my torso a few seconds, then went out to my right arm and sat in my hand. I knew then that it couldn't have been simply a heartbeat. The very next day I again woke up very suddenly, to feel that same beat.. but this time, it was already in my hand! I called my girlfriend over quickly to put her hand over mine.. Instantly I felt a ball of energy form in my palm, literally pushing my right hand closer to the ground. I was so excited!! The next day I started working on forming balls on my own without help. Sure enough I could. I could make these balls as big or little as I want very easily. I can pass them from one hand to another, leave them suspended in air, pass them across the room to another person, or around in a group of people. It was when a friend of mine was bitten by a dog that I put this energy into her hand, and guess what... the pain went away! WOW!! Then I started looking into Reiki, and I learned that healers do the same things! I've also taught myself how to use this energy to move a PSI wheel, and some of my friends are kinda "fire bending." (safely :P)
The point of my story is this. The Kids are waking up. I've been posting and linking everything that I can find to my Facebook so I can wake as many people up as I can, and I have to say I'm pretty effective. :D I have many friends that enjoy coming by my apartment, so excited to finally be allowed to think outside the box. The youth have had so many cartoons, comic books, and Sci-Fi movies to encourage our imaginations, that now all we need is just ONE good reason to believe.. And when we do.. Man, we are powerful Creator Gods! I ask that as all of our paths unfold, to please keep an open mind regarding the youth. Thanks to mediums such as cartoons and video games, most of us were able to keep many of those childlike qualities. We're all Divine underneath. Try not to be afraid of us or any new ideas we may introduce to the message.

Today Jesus Christ manifested himself into my reality. This was no dream this was no vision I was ready for the full blown earthly manifestation of his presence right before my eyes. I am very poor but have won the spiritual lottery according to my day of spiritual rebirth which is literally what I felt as if I had won the lottery even though I had no money. At that very moment someone had won the jackpot 150 million $$$ here in Houston it was sometime in December. I feel a real strong connection when things like this happen such as opposites because I once came to realization just as the internet is available here in this reality there is also the spiritual internet which I can connect to. I am an expert at computers and am currently attending the University for Computer Information Systems so I have just come to realize I could also be very handy with my spiritual computer just as I am with these physical computers. Ok so now that I have established this understanding lately Ive been feeling so soo strange. At night I get these certain vibrations in my ears then I feel and sense waves of certain frequencies flowing through. My brain starts to vibrate and pulse uncontrollably I feel as though there are beings working on me also I get certain twitches at my lower back and lower back of the head. Recently I've discovered I might of inherited this from my mother since she is very or beginning thanks to my somewhat push forward enlightened. I too feel I am very enlightened emotionally and mentally. Ok so last night I felt those frequencies stronger than ever so I decided to lay down around 1:00 am when I felt them and tune into what they were. I realized these were sweet melodies enchanting me tuning me into my divine nature. As I laid there I closed my eyes and enjoyed these for about 3 hours thinking and meditating to myself I told myself these were angels singing to me and had the strongest urge to stand up wake up my brothers and mom and scream at the top of my lungs that the angels were singing asking them if they could here them singing because they made me laugh and feel comfortable at their presence even though I used to be real fearful and uncomfortable of some beings actually being in the same place as me always. But they really calmed me down as I kept tuning into these frequencies they were so loud. I began praying to them to help me in court today since it actually was already today. I felt there presence get stronger and they brought many smiles and laughs to me also tears. I usually never cry from both eyes only a single tear will ever come out and that's at my worst moments which hasn't been for a long time. But last night I began to cry from the happiness as has happened a lot lately since after I reached the infinity that GOD was one night a long time ago from my Kundalini rising automatically. I have been in andout of court ever since I was 14. The cops see me and they discriminate and hate me because of how I look and because of the sense I make when I respond to them clearly. One cop I remember kept convincing himself I was high simply because I have slanted eyes which comes from my Native culture here in America. I was also extremely happy because I was in Love at the time with my wife but she left me and now I have grown to Love myself(GOD) with the same infinite love I have for that woman. I know I am only 20 years old but I was married since I was seventeen and she was 28 so I have been through a divorce even though not a formal one still feeling the same side effects as one who had lost their one love they actually gave everything or would give everything for. Ok so this morning my mom gave me this bracelet with la Virgen Desatanudos. She helped us during an accident my family and I had together when I was six. My mom said she covered me with her blanket and I appeared on the grass scratchless. Of course I remember everything except being covered in the blanket after I fell asleep in the vehicle. Next thing I know im waking up in the grass. Ok so back to this morning in Court. After she gave me the bracelet we rode to the court house I remembered to stare at the sun for its insight like I have been doing lately not for extended periods of time but brief periods of time. Only when its bareable and this morning it was extra bareable and so beautiful. Also words have no meaning to me without expression. Its not what I say but what I mean incase you notice me making up any extra words because it simply means English is no match for the way I would like to really express myself. I began praying as soon as I took my seat which was at the 3rd row right in the middle as instructed by a kind lady. I bowed my head and began praying becoming one with myself holding the bracelet that I knew gave me light. My moms light. While my head was down and eyes closed I tried reconnecting myself to those frequencies I was listening to that night or early early morning 1 a.m. 5 a.m no I did not sleep and still haven't I feel such a strong desire to let the world know of my encounter. As i kept my head bowed all I was reminded of how similar this court was to a church because of the pews. All of a sudden its as if I heard everyone talking in my mind all at once also some chatter around in the background. I looked up and saw Jesus Christ and felt his presence. He was asked to take the first seat of where the jury would sit because the room was full and no jury was needed today. Everyone stared at him as if sorry for him(because he looked homeless although I do not judge by others looks because at that time I realized I was homeless too moving from my fathers apartment to my mother back and forth(since my divorce have had no will to work since i literally can live off a piece of bread and water or nothing at all for days especially during my extacy trips(which i dont do no more but i believe were very helpful even though that is what caused me to slip and get caught with the pounds of marijuana) staying at my moms only to take care of the court because the court is in her town but I will soon be headed back to Houston to attend next semester of school I missed this one because of money problems I didn't have the $500 to pay for loans so instead I focused all my energy on the court. I remeber we need to take one step at a time and I felt as if though worrying about paying off school or gathering up money from selling drugs to pay for school wasn't worth the worrying or stress it would cause and i wouldn't be able to fully concentrate on winning my case also would carry somewhat bad karma(even though i have the ability to instantly reflect karma that comes at me or turn it into a positive) or confused about his presence there I was the only one that was calm and in a meditative state of oneness. As the judge did the roll call I kept praying he said my name I stood and said my lawyers name. He then asked, "THOSE OF YOU THAT I DID NOT CALL PLEASE STAND" Jesus stood. He claimed his bail bonds called him this morning and told him His court date was today but the judge said he was mistaken so he walked out and said sorry it is my fault I should not be here in an apolagetic state as he walked away I did not bother watch him leave only keep his presence in my head forever as he stood up right infront of me and made his claim and innocently walked away and expressed himself as he did. After the court I realized this truly had to be JESUS. My lawyer told me the judge was trying to impend a 5 to 99 year sentence on me(like a recent convict who was given 99 years for 5 punds of marijuana) for possession of marijuana in various baggies and 7 joints and some small baggies that is used in the sell of narkotics such as cocaine. These charges were all dropped to a small misdemeanor paraphernalia fine(due to my super protection Jesus has over me when those cops said it was a school zone they knew they were wrong and that I could totally sue them or counter claim also they harassed me by tackling me for no apparent reason in front of my friends(so embarrassing by the way because all three of them were my girlfriends and they cried when they saw that(i believe that Jesus avenged my mistreatment and discrimination that has been going on by authority figures in my life) or as my lawyer claimed nothing but paper. I know those were Jesus' words he told me when he said "I turned this case from 99 years to nothing but a piece of paper. Which to me money is nothing but a piece of paper. After the man left I over heard someone say "Where did that homeless man go." I didn't judge him for the way he looked because I myself have been growing out my hair and my parents by the way also my lawyer hate because they told me I should cut it and also shave because I was going to court. But I realized my hair is worth more than the false fear they were trying to instill in me WHICH they would call respect. If I need to cut my hair for respect then that is no respect at all but fear they are instilling in me. This type of fear is incompatible with my interface therefore I believe there are plenty out there also being arrested and being taken down the wrong road simply because they have no fear like me and therefore tend to do things that land them in jail. By the way notice how JESUS went straight to the jury box and was the first one sent there because of overcrowdedness. Get it he was my jury! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH I LOVE HIM I LOVE HIM I LOVE HIM AND I MAKE SURE I TELL HIM EVERY NIGHT EVERY NIGHT EVER SINCE I CAN REMEMBER THAT MEANS HE HAS BEEN WITH ME ALL ALONG THROUGH EVEN THE TOUGH TIMES THIS MAKES OUR RELATIONSHIP EVEN MORE SPECIAL TO ME AND EXCITES ME TO THE MAX. See this morning although I was set and ready to go see the "Judge" I was never ready for what came next. A true encounter with the real JUDGE and his law is above mans law. I have beat 8 cases all dismissed this one only a fine instead of 99 years or life. Never before have I wanted to look for Jesus in such places before hand only after these things would happen did I realize he was there with me although not physically but in one way or the other. But this is the only time I have noticed him actually there physically manifested. He walked in walked out and gave me FREEDOM. Also today is a day of liberation according to the Mayans. I feel so many deep connection in my life I know this is far beyond coincidence. I can even take it further by saying I looked upon the T.V and was seeing that a young man here in Texas 20 years old just like me was receiving a life sentence for attempted use of weapons of mass destruction the anchors were saying he could get life or a hundred years in there. Somehow I believe this contributed to my freedom as well or actually was meant to calm my nerves as I was talking to the angels a few minutes before this and praying for freedom from the corrupt laws of man. Illegal marijuana is corrupt and this proves GODS LAW is always above mans law. At least for me since I have reached this certain point in my ascension and can now manifest certain things like I just won a cruise trip and it was a total surprise. I know my mother contributed greatly because she prays her rosary everyday. She has always prayed and we have always been amazed at the power of prayer during tribulations but now it is even stronger and only getting stronger during this period of great ascension. I also believe inside me that zero point energy has a lot to do with this method correct me if I'm wrong please. Remember I'm interpreting these things in my own way because a lot of these ascended beings have secrets and knowledge they don't usually share but I have no worries because during my automatic meditation which happens regardless whether I want to or not I can actually answer ANY question through very deep thought coming out of me like nothing answers just piling up. Should I be writing these things or answers to my questions down? I don't really think so because it is all in my mind and in reality I am only again realizing what I once knew. I've always felt this way. I have a hunger for answers that is unquestionable and sometimes unbareable. I am a Mexican American and am longing for a spiritual name if you know of any that you would like to contribute please let me know although I am quite comfortable with just pronouncing my inner feeling like ohmmm and increasing my vibrations that way. Please realize this great experience and being I have encountered Jesus Christ came into my life and judged me and made me realize the kind of potential I have to be able to manifest such things as to literally cause a miracle in the court room and drop a felony to not even a misdemeanor but a fine worth paper and paper alone.

This has been happening slowly over the past year and becoming more and more intense...
I often feel dizzy/in-movement within my head and eyes. I feel like I am often in a much higher vibration (within my head/eyes). Sometimes I feel an actual 'whoosh' of energy actually hit or go through me. Within my vision, I see what I can only really describe as translucent type movements and small floating shapes, and it is in my vision constantly! At times when I look up at the sky and stare, I see hundreds of star like glittering specks all jumping and spiraling about - it's actually quite beautiful! Reminds me of fairies and angels along with a magical feel - this I enjoying seeing, not that I really know what it is. A couple of times while looking up at the blue sky, I could see waves, again transparent waves moving about through the air! This happened last week.
What is all this?? Are there other people out there experiencing all of this? I have recently had my eyes tested, so I know there's nothing abnormal going on with my eyesight... but gosh, the constant fuzzy, transparent, floating things are driving me a little crazy cos I can't turn it off.... and the feeling of being in motion most of the time, oh and not to mention SOOOO tired! is really getting to me, but what is all this? Can any one help explain if they are aware what all this is of if there are others out there going through the same as me? Is it possibly a thinning of the veil??

So this is the third or fourth time this has happened and always at different times doing different things. I will look at the clock as I did yesterday while I was working and it was 2 pm. I worked for what felt like a few hours (I write) and looked at the clock again, it was 11am the same day. Its not the first time but I was just curious to see if anyone else was having this issue?

Hello,
about some time ago, I read in some wonderful posts here that if you want to start "following your Lights", to wherever It guides you.
Some individuals here even make such a HUGE, drastic decision to just starting to go in bicycle and will stay over at people's houses.
My question is, don't you still somehow sometimes feel the "3D 'logical' mind" come interfering, viewing it as an 'impossible', 'dangerous', or even 'unrealistic' idea?
the 3D logical mind would probably easily keep saying (& 'entrapping'?) us to 'logically' "seek for REAL, secure job, get some BIG money, and THEN you can sometimes go vacation, etc"..
how do you deal with this 3D-logical mind/thoughts?
how can I really FREE myself from all these thoughts, and to follow your example?
Because honestly, I don't know what it is,..but it seems like what my Heart (or Lights) seem to telling me, but as usual, my "3D-logical" mindset and all the 'worldly responsibilities & expectations' kept saying the otherwise...
Please help me on how to tackle this utmost dilemma in my life.
I would really appreciate it much, as it would greatly help me in finding my True-est Path.

I have come to know that a good chunk of human incarnations are, well, not humans. Spirits and Souls from portions of the Universe, some who's places no longer exist, have their spirits reincarnated in human form, simply because this is the best bet. Animals, insects, trees and elements too, the richness of species and even human diversity is a breeding ground for souls that need a stop over for ascension. Perhaps that's why a whole schwack of us are champing up to protect this planet and it's inhabitants. Earth has been called a cradle of the Universe, and with good reason.
Anyone else picking up what I'm putting down?

Many will remember this day as the day they’ve been Awakened. As I write these words invoke the I AM. I invoke My Greater Presence. I invoke the highest good for ALL.
I’ve been asked by the group consciousness of my beings to deliver two messages. First one is the last warning meant for the Dark Ones. Despite numerous warnings delivered over and over again they stick to their old ways. It must change as they still refuse to serve the highest good of Gaia and every single living that she sustains within herself. They’ve been warned for over 1600 days now, but they chose not to listen. I am here to deliver the final warning as the Lords of Karma are anxious and ready to step in. You don’t have more time dear Dark Ones. Your time is up, and it is said that by the strike of a clock at midnight 02.21.2011/02.22.2011 you are either going to be changed or the Lords of Karma will knock on the doors of your temples. You will go with them. There is no other way. The “game” you’ve played is in its final act, the curtain is about to drop. As you well know, your bodies will be left behind. You will not disappear, you will be merely reclaimed in Spirit by The Light Beings aka your Higher Selves. Call it a soul-switch if you’d like. These were the times when you interacted with the Light Beings you call “aliens”. Now, they are ready to reveal themselves to you, as you are ready to receive them for what they are. Hi, I recently went to an energetic healing session where I am advised that it would be much better for me to gradually remove meat from my diet. I am told that my vibration level is rather high and therefore, it would be more suitable for me to be on a vegetarian diet.
I don't quite understand what this means. I hope to get a better understanding of the following:
1) can some people see or feel vibrational levels?
2) what does it mean when your vibrational level is high?
3) will there be changes to me physically?
4) how does one increase their vibrational level?
5) is this part of the ascension process?
I appreciate some insights into this topic! :-)

we keep hearing about living in light and love to ascend. i always assumed it had to do with a feeling of love, not only for yourself but for othere along with letting go with ego and aligning yourslef with your higher self and a universal love and higher vibration.
for the past 6 months i have been feeling it.. it wasnt necessarily something i was specifically trying to do, i knew i wanted to get to this magical high vibration people were talking about. but i had no idea how to do it or what i was suppose to feel. several months ago i would be going about my day and i would have this feeling of complete love and happiness for everyone and everything around me for just a split second or two... and i wished it could last longer. slowly those moments feel longer and longer. now, i feel it all the time. i feel this overwhelming amount of love, compassion,understanding so on and so forth. and with that comes a feeling of relaxation, a relaxation of not worrying about such trivial thing that aren't unecessary. also, i find i can just trust, i have a complete letting go and i just trust the right thing will happen in any situation. if i need to do something to make it work ill get the message i need, or i trust and whatever it is will work out. and even if it doesnt quite work out the way i hoped it would it's never a dire situation and i understand it's something to reflect on and grow.
and i want to share this feeling with the world and every individual. but along with this feeling i also understand each person has their own path and learning. i never had this type of patience before.. the old me would be out there talking talking talking trying to get others to understand how i feel.lol funny enough here i am talking talking talking...
does anyone else feel this way or have/are experiencing this? is this what ascention is?

It has happened a few times where my guides tell me information about August of 2011. 6 months from now. Drought, famine, starvation, earthquake. This is the indication I'm getting. They had even indicated that although it is the last thing I would want right now, perhaps pregnancy throughout that time. IS anyone else getting signals that something catastrophic is going to happen in 6 months? That happens to also be the next major harmonic convergence. It would be of upmost importance to me if you have any knowledge, or can ask your guides to verify/deny this information. My channel is mixed. Sometimes it is correct, sometimes not. I am now on unemployment, a bunch of people in austin are contemplating moving out 45 minutes to start a sustainable community, which me and my husband are interested in. If the information they gave me was anywhere close to what is really going to happen, then you can see why I would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance. Blessings & Abundance.

Yesterday I was lying down and had an out of body experience. I felt as if I was turned into pure energy and then was greeted by some other being. It didn't talk to me how we would talk as humans but it seemed like all it's knowledge was transfered into me with a split of a second. It happened almost instantaniously I did not see, hear, taste, touch or smell anything but all was understood. It was like putting all the insight that you may have into another person and understanding life from their point of view. So anyway what this being revealed to me was a shift in consciousness that would occur soon and it revealed to me how to transfer my spirit into another reality in a way. What would happen in this shift is that physical body would be left behind in this reality either dying or appearing as if having no mind. The spirit would travel into a sort of limbo for a certain amount of time then all memory of this current life and reality would be left behind and forgotten. The spirit then would be reborn in another type of reality. When I was revealed this I was frightened to leave this reality behind.

I'm in the middle of going to school to become an Alchemical Hypnotherapist. And all of the sudden today the thought popped up in my head [I have no idea why it took this long] for starting something i'd call Alchemical Ascension Hypnotherapy. And all these ideas started flooding in. First of because its Alchemy mixed with Hypnotherapy its about finding a connection with your guides and calling in and finding connections with any other higher beings you wish. So in having those assistance, the ideas i started getting for the hypnosis were along the lines of; Walking through the opening of the 12 charakas, DNA activation and realignment, merkabah meditations, all of the 12 ray and sacred flame meditations, all of the ascension seat invocation meditations, almost all meditations from books like 'GIFTS' etc.
Now whats amazing about hypnotherapy is first off its hitting you at a consious and subconsious level. So it can seed things. Secondly I want ot mix it with sound healing and crystal work. Third you dont have to memorize the meditations and you dont have to remember everything because it is all voice recorded.
I am wondering about others views on this as well as any suggestions anyone might have, also if anyone has heard of something like this being done before?
Its so obvious to me that its something that should have been discovered a while ago and maybe i just havnt caught on? i donno.
PS My friend just showed me this site and I'm super amped on it, been trying to find a fourm site of this exact nature for a while now.

For those of us that have ever been on an airplane know that if there is ever an emergency situation,
the stewardess instructs you to secure your face mask before helping others such as children and elderly.
Why? Because you wouldn't be able to save them if you passed out too. Pretty logically right?
Now think about your life. Is your face mask secured? In a metaphorical sense anyway.
If you are not whole and connected to source, how can you rightly lead others to that source?
You won't become whole by connecting others either.
You have to remember your wholeness first, take care of yourself. and then when you are in a position to do so. help out.
When we speak of ascension, we discuss ways in which we can lift the collective consciousness of humans into higher vibrations.
Where are the postings and movements about what we actually need to be doing! Ascension is only wishful thinking without action behind it. So what actions are you taking? How can you help others if you aren't helping yourself?
If there was no "you" there would be no world. Nothing exists without consciousness.
What brings your consciousness into this world? YOUR BODY!
Your body is your vehicle, without it, one could not perceive this world. Your body also follows spiritual law. Not ego law.
Your body will never lie to you. It is always sending you signals and it's time to start paying attention to those signs.
Do you preach love and abundance and yet, drown your body in toxic alcohol every weekend? If so, you are not being a vessel of love.
Since your body follows spiritual law, the more you take care of it, the more it will connect you to higher vibrations. Only ingest good food! It is so important that we only fill our bodies with what is of the highest good for us. Fruit is the highest vibrational food you can eat. There is a reason why it is so appealing to all of your senses. It smells delicious, it has bright colors to catch your eye and you don't usually need utensils, no cooking is required. It basically screams "eat me". If you go on a fruit only diet for a week, you will be amazed by how you feel. I did this and felt like I was on cloud nine every day. Life seemed more clear. All because of what food I was putting into my body.
Your body is a perfected system, engineers themselves marvel at it's capabilities. It is built to sustain you, if you treat it properly. All healing can be done naturally as well. If you are on medications, try to seek alternatives if possible. I'm not saying throw out your meds right now, as that could be bad if your body has become dependant on it. But see if there are natural ways you can begin healing. There is a plethora of services out there in every country offering alternative healing, with proven results! Seek and you shall find!
The more you physically engage your body in life, the more you exercise your mental, emotional and spiritual self as well. Every kind thing you do to your body, only streghtens it. It is your BEST investment! Only do things that feel good to it, such as stretching, swimming, yoga and meditating. All good ways to help you ground your body in the now and open your chakras! This should be a daily mission. Doing good things for your body. You will feel great doing it too! soon it will be natural to just treat your body as the holiest possession. The only real possession you could ever "have" actually.
Once the body is healthy and happy too, your image even begins to reflect the beauty of life. You look more refreshed, your smile is brighter and your posture is better. Depression can dissappear as you learn to value yourself and life. A healthy body is a healthy mind and heart :)
Listen to your body. Find out what it needs. It could be some fresh air walks during your lunch break. Be open to anything that would do you some good. Ride a bike to work just because the weather is nice. Say yes to any spontaneous ideas you get. Go to the local farmers market this weekend for fruit and veggies.
