I aspire to be many things; one a Naturopathic Doctor.. I am a spiritual midwife people already come to me for advice. I feel compelled to do things on a grander scale. I want to utilize my inner abilities and empower others....I just am trying to make the connection to where things may flow usually when I am on the right track.... So, I see myself on top of my "game " running a health and wellness business and for some reason I see a luxurious simple life..It makes sense because I am to share this lifetime and I am happiest doing so...

I am a visual artist working in the Health Field over the years of experience working under a nurse liscense working closely with all kinds of people and it led me to practicing Energy Medicine. I am Reiki Master. My interest lies in Holistic beauty and health. I love anything having to do with the art of human expression and research, finding the truth( deeper meaning) in everything, I thrive off of intellectual conversations especially with those possessing spiritual intelligence. a.. You are responsible for all your feelings.

b.. Never put yourself down.

c.. Never think or say anything negative about yourself.

d.. Tune into the inner guidance that is with you 24 hours a day - that
loving guidance that's always there to support and guide you.

e.. Dependence on external things happens because knowledge of your own
Higher Self, the light within, is ignored. To have this knowledge, you have
to practice.

f.. Take a few minutes everyday, a few times a day if possible, and
practice loving yourself, tuning into the loving light within and honoring
your divinity.

g.. Take a walk out in nature and feel your connectedness with everything
around you. Breathe deeply.
