I've been involved with what i call the five Ms for many years: mysticism, metaphysics, meditation, martial arts and magic(k). Martial Arts practice created a passion for studying Buddhism, Taoism and Shinto. And, of course, many wonderful experiences followed. I taught at a law school in San Diego for quite a while. At the same time i was very involved with Reiki. I decided to retire {quite :)} early, and devote myself to "practice" and offering Reiki Workshops and related programs. I experienced nonphysical "visitors" beginning at 6. Their frequencies were high and healing, and very supportive.
I was always fascinated by ancient culture, "religion" and "magico-mythology".

The "five Ms" mentioned above are my main interests. In addition, i enjoy long distance running, hiking, dancing, especially to techno/trance/house type music, reading in the area of esoterica, and being involved with anything and everything that helps with healing and consciousness growth.
I offer Reiki workshops on a donation (or free if appropriate) basis, so as to spread the energy to as many people as possible in order to help raise the frequency on the planet. I also love oriental art, and practice brush painting a bit.
