I can't tell you how many of my most cherished moments were shared intimacy with someone labled as "homeless" or "insane" or "lost." The people that don't fit are still people. So many folks (and I am certainly no exception) just need to be heard.

When we say: "I can't deal with that." We have effectively severed one part of our experience. Give someone that feeling of being connected to the All. I don't know about you, but there were times for me that I needed a companion more than I needed a solution. Sit beside and listen. It's sacred. It's love.
