Everyday we can see, more and more hate in this world. At the same time, as it splits, we can see more and more love. Now why is this? Is it because more people are loving or hating? Yes and no.

All it takes for more hate-or dislike, I might call it, to enter the world is for someone to continue to dislike someone, something or any group. Thus everyday, the combined hatred throughought our world grows as time passes, settling through gaps of time in all forms of suffering, extortion, or general hatred.

Does this sound true to you? Maybe. But completely true? Probably not.

Now why is this so? This is because, while the actions and thoughts of hatred can settle in a particular time and place-and even move forward through time they are extremely sluggish at moving backward. Afterall, if you could help someone in the past overcome their trauma, or whatever else they've gone through in a way that does not involve them doing something bad, would you do it? If someone, or let's say you in the past came to the realization of love earlier relative to them, would it express into the future? Yes...

So what if it had been hatred expressed into the past, from the future? Like I said, hatred is sluggish at this: Because so much of the deep knowledge of how to do things comes with a new understandIng of love it would be difficult for anyone trying to maintain a state of ignorance, hatred and fear in the past to maintain enough love in the future in order to sustain their point of manipulation. The effects of any such action would ripple through time, displacing the effect. Thus it can't truly exist.

Now why am I telling you this at this time? Because now is an excellent time to heal the traumas of the past, thereby uplifting the present. But in order to understand how to do this one must understand that one can heal the past from the present moment which many already do. One of the most powerful tools-or states of being for this is to love others as oneself. By seeing and loving others as oneself, and treating others as someone would like themselves to be treated it opens the doors for other people to do so. Take this example: If everyone gave away food when someone came to them hungry would anyone starve? What if someone thinks that they might give too much food-or lets say money in this society-away to sustain themselves. Well if your neighbor was there to fix it, or the person you gave the stuff to, or anyone anywhere in the world there to help out would it really matter? Would the worry even be valid? No.

Now someone might say "But I can't do that right now. I need to survive. Or-I want that."
This may be true-but not to the extend that most people believe: As more and more people reach their hand out just a little further, then others who couldn't before can do it as well. And so, eventually the same people who first tried to help others can reach out a bit more as the action spurs back to them and worries melt away into abundance.
