Notes from Matt Kahn and Julie Dittmar

The Simplicity of Love"

May you take this moment to realize the only thing worth mastering is the art of simplicity.

When simplicity is mastered, only four words remain in mind: "Whatever arises, love that."

We consider life to be a journey of the "Heart of Enlightenment." How wonderful when spiritual concepts move from the head and into the heart. Instead of memorizing teachings, and having a desk full of sticky notes of pointers that keep us on "the path" (when there really isn't one), we move it all into conscious action in the world....through a heart of love and compassion.

There is nothing to "better" in our lives, and "self-improvement" can draw to its natural conclusion, when the self realizes its essence ---your true nature.

“Existence is already everything, and you are that” Matt Kahn

I remember the first time I read the above quote from Matt, and realized that everything already exists as an expression of pure consciousness, and it's only our perception of it that shows us one of infinite unique versions of this timeless truth. How exciting to realize that we are the sacred truth we seek, which is why the seeking of truth never leads to actual truth, but spending a lot of time looking for what already exists in everything - including the one looking!

Emotions do not define existence, thoughts do not define existence, and circumstances do not define the nature of existence that is here to meet itself in all perceivable parts - big and small. We hope you will join us in the celebration of life at any of our upcoming events. Until then, and always -- may the rising sun shine upon you, reflecting the magnificence of all that you are.

Namaste,
Matt & Julie
