HOW MANY DIMENSIONS?

HOW MANY DIMENSIONS?

I've been doing a bit of seeking lately, learning new ways of thinking that are available.
One of the things that confuses me is that different folks seem to see dimensions differently.
I might be wrong, but it seems to me that a long time ago folks talked about 7 dimensions,
7th Heaven was considered to be the 'highest' dimension. Or at least available to 3D Earth
humans. Later on folks started talking about 9 dimensions...then 11...then 13...and I think I
even remember reading something somewhere about 15 dimensions. Dr Joshua stone wrote that
there are hundreds and hundreds of dimensions. Why are there so many viewpoints on the number
of dimensions?

It seems that every source of information has all sorta 'back up' material, some scientific
and some channelled. I was listening to a Barbara Hand Clow interview today, and what she
said about the dimensions of Earth made a whole buncha sense...except she says there are only
9 Ds. I dunno if that means 9 Ds that we can access from here in 3D and there are more, or
if that's it, just 9 overall. George Kavasilis says there are 13 Ds. Evidently the 11 D theory
was Einstein's. I've thought for a long time that there were 12 dimensions available to or in
connection with Earth, and that the 13th dimension would be the Creator...but I'm not sure if
that means the Creator Of Universe, or the Creator of our solar system, planet, or galaxy.
I have an idea that our solar system logos is some sorta sub-Universal god or something. I
tend to think there's a 'Mother Earth' kinda character, a living, sentinent, feeling, being
that is 'being' the solar system, and the galaxy, exactly as she is being Earth for us.

I personally have only been as far as 9D in my adventures, and have no idea what's above the
9th D. Does this mean there are no more Ds...that's why I can't 'see' them? Or do some of us
see more or less dimension than others because of our personal linage and/or experience? My
personal 'theory' sorta goes back to the whole 12 plus one thing. You know, like Jesus and
12 apostles, 12 personality aspects plus oversoul, 12 oversoul aspects plus monad. My thought
was that there are 12 Ds available to us as 3D Earth humans, plus Creator itself which would
be 13D.

There must be some sorta set number of dimensions...for each planet and solar system, or so
I would think. Many folks talk about us entering into individuation on 9D, then 8D takes the
idea to manifestation and the new soul goes down to 7D to learn how to BE an individual
self. Sixth dimension, in my understanding, is the first D where we can opt for physical
form. Seems to me that what D we incarnate into is entirely up to us, depending on what
experiences we wish to have in the Earth game. 5D we know about, and 4D we pretty much know about.
In BH Clow's interview this morning she spoke about the dimension from 1D upward...the ascent
of creation on planet Earth, from the chemical/elemental platform...2D is plant life and life
that does not have self awarenes then on to us in 3D.

I do understand that whatever the 'right' answer is doesn't actually matter a hill of beans. I
mean wherever we are going is where we will end up. Knowing ahead of time probably doesn't
have a whole lotta effect on our soul's growth/expansion. But I still am here in a 3D body
with a 3D brain...and brain REALLY likes to understand things.

I've tried to watch a few videos, but couldn't make sense of them. If anyone has Spiritual
Dimensions For Dummies hanging around...may I please borrow it?

Yes Pat ... you know I think everything is relative to the moment that it appears in our consciousness ~
~*~
being the Dimensions at this time ~ I have read so much material and this info by Barbara Hand Clow ...just really resonated ... something just said YES! and I have long followed and enjoyed the works of Calleman!

I Think The Logical Mind Is

I think the logical mind is playing its part here yarra. The way I look at it is to let go of the denominations, for they keep you in 3D by proxy. As soon as we try to categorize, put things in linear sequence, we are limiting ourselves in our experience(s). One pivotal fact is that we ARE all of the dimensions and can focus our attention wherever we choose. If it doesn't "work", it means that we hold limiting beliefs. The world (or the dimension(s)) is your oyster!.... I'm glad to keep dialogue about this topic open, for it's fascinating in and of itself. Always love how you prod the boundaries.

I recently ordered Barbara Hand Clow's book ... the "9 Dimensions of Alchemy" ... which should be arriving within the week ... I was so inspired when I listened to a radio program she did last May on You Tube ... and everything she shared, resonated on a very deep level and is co authored with Calleman ~ (Mayan Calendar) ~
~*~
maybe google her and check out the You Tubes she has ... just absolutely made sense and FELT true and more in precisely what is taking place upon the Planet in accordance with the Mayan Calendar!

Infinity...

...is a very big place. :D

Like others have said, I wouldn't get hung up on how many dimensions there are. My experience has shown me they are too numerous to count.

It seems there is often confusion on Dimensions vs. Density. Or alternatively, if one is able to simultaneously perceive/experience 7 dimensions, that doesn't mean there are only 7, just that one's lens of perspective is 7 layers deep. With that 7-layer lens, one then can pass through hundreds, thousands, millions of dimensions. Upgrading the lens to 8-dimensional yields yet another perspective on the infinite dimensions.

My two cents, anyway. English is so inadequate to describe all this! :D

Much Love to You, Yarra.

Namaste.

Number Of Ds Useful For Discussion

Mattie

November 6, 2010, 1:14 pm
Don’t let the number of Ds throw you. Using a number designation for these is just to give us useful classifications for the ability to discuss these energetic concepts. What is important is the concept.

It is likely that there are infinite Ds as when we reach 12D or whatever level one chooses to call Universal unity consciousness (god consciousness) we can choose to do the creation process all over again (complete energy reorganization). Each D has its subplanes.

This reorganization might be written as something like 12D.2.8. This would show we have united w/ the Universe once, are in our second creation process & are in the 8th D of this 2nd creation. Given the nature of infinity, this might also be 12D.2M.8. This would be that we have done the energy reorganization creation process 2 million times & are presently in the 8th D! & so on & on & on ...

"I Do Understand That

"I do understand that whatever the 'right' answer is doesn't actually matter a hill of beans."

LOL!!! Yarra you have the best expressions...

Totally agree, see the dimension thing as infinite, read about them like you but haven't really thought of a number cause it seems that if the universe is infinite and Source is growing and expanding exponentially through our experiences in the different dimensions than how can there be a linear limiting number for the dimensions. How can we keep track of something that is shifting and growing exponentially all the time?

Another one of those great mysteries...if you come across the copy of "Dimensions for Dummies" please share it with us....LOL!

Thanks for my first morning chuckles...

Infinite love...OMni

Being a big fan of infinity, I would say we cannot be sure how many dimensions there ARE.

BUT I feel with great certainty there are more than I can percieve at this time, in this way. I feel like I cannot get the whole picture from this place, as I am.

Sometimes, the next step is more important than the whole journey. I will grow in love and find myself in the perfect place to do so.
