How often do you mediatie and what is your favoite technique? (crystal grids, sitting (how?), listening to music (what kind), etc.)
Personally I've found the most balance meditating between 1 1/2-2 hrs each day, one session in the morning on at night. Latley though I've been somewhat turned off(idk why, I think I've just been lazy), but now I'm trying to get back into my previous schedule, no time limit this time though, just whatever feels right. The most effective music I've listened to during meditation is this seriese of chakra balancing music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlvLVRN8kvc&playnext=1&list=PL7240B225BF000301. I used to sit cross legged but after reading a little experience someone living with sheldon nidle had, they said an arcturian woman told her that it disturbs the flow of energy when you sit cross legged, so now I just sit in a chair, on the couch or in the bath tub.
what about yall?
Spiritual Practice In 2011

I'm a wife & mother, so meditating for over an hour is something I don't think I've ever even done. That said, I feel that the trend in meditating is going to go from separating yourself in solitude for long hours, to being in a constant state of meditation while also functioning & being in the physical experience. So I don't worry too much about my "lack" of old-school meditation. LOL :)
When I do choose to sit & meditate, I can only do it for 10-20 minutes, both because I have a busy schedule with my family & because my body gets too uncomfortable after sitting for that long. I can't sit cross legged for long because my legs fall asleep & my back starts to hurt. So I usually just sit quietly for as long as I can & then move to a more comfortable position as I need to. I also like to meditate in a warm jacuzzi for a special treat. :D I meditate while I'm getting laser therapy at my chiropractor's, & I meditate in the shower in the morning & in bed at night while trying to go to sleep. I meditate whenever I have a few minutes & do my best to invite a meditative state even while I'm doing household chores or driving to appointments (I invite my brain/rational thinking to keep me safe & drive my vehicle while my heart/spiritual thinking does the meditating.)
