We stand behind the quality of our products and services and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.

Digital Goods

If you are not completely satisfied with a digital product or course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us with your order information and the reason for the refund. Please note that refunds are only available for digital products or courses that have not been accessed or downloaded.

Site Membership

Membership to our site is a subscription-based service that provides access to our transformative resources and community. If you are not completely satisfied with your membership, you may cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for past months of membership, but we will cancel your subscription and stop any future payments.

Physical Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us with your order information and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund for the product.

For all other physical product returns, we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order information and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the product and issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.

Retreats and Workshops

At Lightworkers.org, we offer transformative healing retreats in exotic locations worldwide, empowering individuals to connect with their inner selves and tap into their innate power. Our experienced team provides personalized attention and guidance, fostering a sense of community and radical positive transformation.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that may require you to cancel your booking, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and work with you to find a suitable solution. Please note that cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of your cancellation and the type of retreat you have booked.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it, we will provide a full refund of your payment. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, we will provide a refund of 50% of the total cost of the booking.

For cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the retreat, we regret that we are unable to offer any refunds.

In some cases, we may be able to offer a credit or a partial refund for canceled bookings. This will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation and our ability to fill the canceled space with another participant.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the booking. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

Exceptions

There may be certain circumstances where we are unable to provide a refund for a canceled booking. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government actions)

Changes to travel restrictions or requirements that make it impossible for you to attend

Personal emergencies or unforeseeable events that prevent you from attending

In these cases, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling your booking or offering credit for a future retreat.
